Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems and components using AutoCAD Electrical (ACAD E) or similar CAD tools for:

Qualifications / Requirements

Job Summary: Plan, organize, and direct the design engineering staff to develop specialized structures for North American Class 1 and Transit applications. Lead the development and standardization of the design engineering processes for the production and assembly of products across seven facilities within the US. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. - 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
- A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
- A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
- 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
