The Senior Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and support electrical systems for specialized equipment used in manufacturing, distribution, and automation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems and components using AutoCAD Electrical (ACAD E) or similar CAD tools for:
• Control panels

• Perform research and analysis to develop solutions for complex electrical and automation challenges.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of professional electrical engineering experience in industrial automation, equipment design, or similar heavy-industry applications.
• Strong AutoCAD Electrical (ACAD E) experience is required.
• Experience designing electrical systems for material handling conveyor systems is required.

Job Summary: Plan, organize, and direct the design engineering staff to develop specialized structures for North American Class 1 and Transit applications. Lead the development and standardization of the design engineering processes for the production and assembly of products across seven facilities within the US. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. • 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
