Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Operational Support

JOB SUMMARY
Provide advanced technical support for enterprise iOS/iPadOS devices and services across a 7x24x365 operation. Scope includes device lifecycle activities, day‑to‑day work in Workspace One (enterprise MDM experience required; VMware Workspace ONE preferred), and carrier account management (procurement, plan optimization, billing reconciliation, SIM/eSIM lifecycle, and compliance). This role implements and supports standards defined by engineering/InfoSec and does not create new configuration profiles or perform high‑level MDM engineering.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Mobile Device Lifecycle & UEM Administration (Support Focus)
- Provision, enroll, and configure corporate and COBO/COPE devices using Apple Business Manager Automated Device Enrollment.
- Apply and monitor MDM profiles, apps, and compliance policies as defined by engineering; troubleshoot assignment/scope issues and escalate when needed.
- Perform Tier 2/3 incident, request, and problem management for iOS/iPadOS; provide escalation support to the Service Desk.
- Support device security (passcodes/biometrics, OS updates, encryption status) and remediate non‑compliance in line with established policies.
- Execute device kitting, staging, shipping/receiving, and RMA processes with accurate CMDB/asset updates.
2) Carrier Account & Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
- Own day‑to‑day carrier account administration across supported wireless providers (e.g., line adds/changes/deactivations, number porting, device/SIM swaps, eSIM activations, IMEI/SIM tracking).
- Monitor and optimize rate plans, pooled data, features, and international roaming; recommend changes to minimize cost while meeting business needs.
- Perform monthly billing reconciliation (usage anomalies, overages, credits/disputes), cost allocation, and reporting; partner with Finance and Procurement.
- Coordinate device procurement (corporate buying programs, upgrades, trade‑in/buyback, warranty/insurance) and maintain accurate inventories.
- Ensure regulatory and emergency services readiness (e.g., E911 records where applicable), fraud prevention (SIM/eSIM security), and loss/theft controls.
- Maintain carrier portals, account hierarchies, and user permissions; document processes and KPIs (cycle time, cost per line, optimization savings).
3) Security, Compliance & Access (Implementation)
- Participate in security incident response for mobile threats (phishing, lost/stolen devices); execute remote lock/wipe and evidence preservation.
- Contribute to audit, risk, and compliance activities (SOX, PCI, privacy) by maintaining accurate records and consistent controls.
4) Service Delivery & End‑User Experience
- Deliver high‑quality deskside/remote support for executives and front‑line staff; prioritize critical operational roles.
- Maintain and continuously improve SLA/OLA performance (response, restore, request fulfillment); publish support playbooks and knowledge articles.
- Provide VIP/mission‑critical support during operations, travel, and events, including on‑call rotation in a 7x24x365 environment.
5) Asset, Inventory & CMDB
- Track mobile assets end‑to‑end (request → deployment → in‑service → repair → decommission/sanitation) and maintain accurate CMDB and stock levels.
- Reconcile device inventory with carrier billing and MDM records; remediate orphaned lines/devices.
6) Projects & Continuous Improvement (Execution)
- Support mobile‑related projects (iOS updates, app rollouts) by executing tasks under guidance, participating in UAT/pilots.
- Recommend process improvements and self‑service opportunities; update SOPs/KBs to reduce repeat tickets and improve reliability (no custom MDM engineering or scripting expected).
- Evaluate new devices and accessories; document results and provide feedback into standards.
7) Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and end‑user guides with inclusive, plain language.
- Publish and maintain knowledge base articles for the Service Desk and end users; deliver targeted training where needed.
8) Vendor, Carrier & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships with carriers, OEMs, and MDM vendors; manage escalations and service requests to resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Work Experience
- 4–6 years in enterprise end‑user support with at least **3 years focused on iOS/iPadOS enterprise **support.

Purpose
Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance and installation of equipment under close supervision and in a timely manner to minimise disruptions of site operations.

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.
The primary duties associated with this position include:
- The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
- Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ecommerce analytics, digital advertising measurement and commercial insight generation, ideally gained within a brand-led environment, an agency, or a similarly complex client-facing business. A deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems is essential, particularly in relation to Amazon advertising, Amazon Marketing Cloud, omnichannel measurement and upper-funnel media effectiveness.
This person should be equally credible in technical and executive settings: capable of engaging with analysts, data partners and technical teams while also presenting clear, actionable conclusions to senior leadership. The right profile will combine strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and the ability to bring structure to an evolving function.
Responsibilities
- Define and advance the analytics and insights vision for the organization.
- Establish scalable measurement frameworks covering retail performance, advertising effectiveness, brand growth and operational health.
- Lead and develop the analytics team, strengthening capabilities, role clarity and professional growth.
- Create clear standards for reporting, dashboards and insight delivery across client accounts.
- Improve the quality of interpretation by ensuring data is translated into commercial recommendations and action plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced ecommerce measurement, including Amazon Marketing Cloud and omnichannel analytics.

Requirements
- Significant experience in analytics and insights leadership, including team management.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising measurement and ecommerce performance analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Amazon advertising tools, metrics and measurement methodologies, including Amazon Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with omnichannel measurement, customer journey analysis and upper-funnel media evaluation.
- Advanced capability in SQL and experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of statistical or analytical tools such as Python, R or equivalent.
- Ability to design measurement frameworks that connect media investment to broader business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences.

The Role
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will play a key role in integrating AI across internal systems and a customer facing SaaS platform. You will work hands on with large language models (LLMs) and modern AI tooling to automate processes, build internal tools, and deliver intelligent product features.
This is a production focused role operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and business operations, with close collaboration across teams in a hybrid/onsite environment. (3-days per week onsite in Greater Kansas City Metro Area, 2-days remote work.)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI powered services and tools to streamline internal workflows across multiple teams (e.g., operations, content, sales, support).
- Develop and deliver intelligent features within a proprietary SaaS platform.
- Integrate, manage, and optimize multiple LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI style, Anthropic style, or comparable providers).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, including guidance on architecture, best practices, and performance.
- Build and maintain backend systems and APIs that support AI functionality across products and services.
- Design infrastructure for model serving, orchestration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Implement fallback strategies, model routing, and cost performance optimization.
- Partner cross functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify high impact AI opportunities.
- Apply best practices related to data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI use.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and MLOps, introducing new approaches where appropriate.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of engineering experience with multiple years of experience in a production environment deploying AI/ML applications or infrastructure.
- Proven experience applying LLMs or similar AI models to real business or product challenges.
- Strong backend engineering skills (Python and/or TypeScript preferred).
- Experience with AI/ML orchestration and deployment tools (e.g., LangGraph style frameworks, Airflow like systems, Kubeflow, Ray, or workflow automation tools).
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Front end development experience in areas like React, Node.js, Web Development, front end web product design
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, logging, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms or technology driven products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
