Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly organized and technology-savvy Office Coordinator to support a Home Health branch office in Newport Beach, California. This role serves as a central coordination hub for administrative operations, staff support, onboarding logistics, and basic technology setup for new team members.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable supporting both administrative and technical tasks in a healthcare environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the branch operates efficiently by assisting with staff coordination, documentation management, onboarding logistics, and survey readiness.
Candidates with medical office or healthcare experience are strongly preferred, particularly those familiar with medical terminology and patient-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff or departments.
- Provide administrative support to branch leadership, clinical staff, and operational teams.
- Type, copy, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, and internal documents.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and shipments.
- Order, track, and maintain office supply inventory.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives for the branch.
Staff & Branch Coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding logistics, including coordinating equipment setup and workspace readiness.
- Ensure new hire documentation and onboarding paperwork are complete and organized.
- Assist with maintaining documentation needed for internal audits and regulatory survey processes.
- Help coordinate branch events, staff meetings, and team activities.
- Support day-to-day office coordination to keep branch operations running smoothly.
Technology Support
- Assist new hires and staff with basic technology setup and configuration, including:
- Setting up computers and equipment
- Connecting to Wi-Fi and internet networks
- Installing and configuring Microsoft Teams
- Supporting basic troubleshooting for office technology issues
- Serve as a point of contact for basic technical assistance related to onboarding equipment.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist with survey readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and organized.
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with compiling reports and gathering operational data when needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook required).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.

The Airborne Antenna Design Department is a team of engineers responsible for electrical design and development of RF products within Raytheon. Our charter is to provide expertise in sub-systems engineering, RF and radome design, digital apertures, antenna ranges and module test.
We are looking to add to our team and desire a Senior Technical Support Engineer to be part of a team that provides the most advanced end-to-end solutions that detect, track, engage and neutralize a broad range of threats. The role includes knowledge of RF product testing and associated RF test equipment, typically obtained through a University Degree program, or through work experience. May have practical knowledge of projects, programs and systems with the ability to make enhancements in daily work.
Perform electrical engineering functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
Perform analysis on production data, to determine root cause analysis of failures.
Be involved in planning and executing rework of production assemblies.
This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in McKinney, TX.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience to include any combination of the following:

In this Systems Engineer role, you may support some of the following types of activities:
Core Systems Engineering: Develop system architecture and model using Model Based Systems Engineering. Conduct trade studies based on Concept of Operations. Perform Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments and perform/execute the testing
Integrate Systems: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact. Perform Platform Integration, Flight Test, Qualification, Design Verification Execution
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
Perform Data Analysis: Conduct statistical and numerical analysis test data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
Support Missions: Travel as needed to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
