We’re partnering with a well-established environmental and construction services firm to hire a Senior Contracts & Proposals Administrator.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting both business development and project execution. You’ll play a critical role in managing daily proposal submissions and contract administration for projects ranging from $500K to $30M+.

Responsibilities

Proposal Management:

• Lead and manage daily RFP/RFQ proposal submissions across public and private sectors
• Develop compliant, high-quality proposals including technical narratives, staffing plans, and past performance
• Coordinate inputs across estimating, project management, safety, finance, and leadership
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission deadlines
• Maintain proposal templates, resumes, and qualification packages

Contract Administration:

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle (execution, tracking, and modifications)
• Manage deliverables, milestones, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate insurance certificates, bid bonds, and performance/payment bonds
• Support both public works and private client contracts

Subcontract & Business Development Support

• Prepare and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and consulting agreements
• Ensure compliance with flow-down clauses, safety, and insurance requirements
• Support CRM tracking and opportunity management
• Assist with teaming agreements, NDAs, and proposal strategy
• Maintain databases for past performance, resumes, and project experience

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in contracts administration and proposal development
• Background in construction, environmental, or engineering services
• Strong knowledge of:
• Government and public works contracting
• Proposal compliance and submission processes
• Construction and/or environmental contract structures
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines (high volume)

Safety, Health & Environmental Manager

The Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (SHE) will provide oversight, directions, and be accountable for the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs for dsm-firmenich manufacturing operations in Anaheim, CA. Additionally, will be responsible for the SHE management of the overall site including offices and laboratories. They will also serve as the site’s initial point of contact for safety and environmental related questions.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting and providing process maintenance and continuous improvement for all safety programs of the Anaheim, CA location, which include hands on assistance, program implementation, training, and organization of monthly meetings and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to all management systems including, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, OSHA and FSSC 22000, with an understanding of dsm-firmenich’s SHE Policies and Procedures. Responsible that these policies and procedures are implemented throughout the organization and all related activities under the position’s jurisdiction. Leads site SHE-S audits and environmental programs to assure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for regulatory compliance related to hazardous materials management, hazardous waste management (both chemical and biological), wastewater, and DOT regulations (Local, State and Federal). Interfaces with regulatory agencies and authorities as appropriate.
• Records and tracks injury and safety related data to derive performance metrics for analysis of trends and reporting metrics to upper management. Shapes proposals on how to help foster positive trends while mitigating negative trends.
• Supports line management and promotes a culture of safety in manufacturing, office, and laboratory environments.
• Provides guidance and support which ensures compliance for the safe work permitting process (e.g., hot-work, lock-out tag-out try-out, work at height, ergonomics, hazardous material), including writing and issuing permits. Auditing all documents related to the permits.

Your bring

• BS/BA/MS in Scientific or Engineering discipline; a degree in Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or related discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years of SHE experiences making decisions which affect employee health & safety or facility compliance along with experience in managing laboratory operations.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of all applicable California and federal EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations and experience in auditing compliance thereto.
• Practical experience in health, safety and environmental areas including lockout-tagout-tryout, work at heights, lifting and hoisting, inspections and audits of the safety program, root cause analysis, health risk assessment, risk reduction training, hazard communication, industrial hygiene, etc.; proven track record of success establishing meaningful, interpersonal relationships through the ability to influence, with personnel at all levels.
• Must have ability to effectively communicate safety, health, and environmental processes and requirements, including experience with computer-based training systems, Microsoft Word (i.e. procedure documentation and formatting), Excel (i.e. creating workbooks, writing formulas with functions) and PowerPoint (i.e. creating slides for training and presentations).
• Preference for candidates holding active safety certification (CHMM, ASP, CSP). Must be able to support and facilitate 24/7 response to emergencies related to facility operations and safety/security events

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $95,000-$150,000.

Overview

The Engineer/Programmer is responsible for preparing and validating PCB fabrication and assembly data packages while also programming and supporting production equipment across Adura’s SMT, inspection, and electrical test platforms.

This role bridges design-to-manufacturing execution by converting customer data into production-ready CAM outputs and machine programs for SMT lines, AOI, X-ray, and Flying Probe systems. The position plays a critical role in enabling high-reliability thermal PCB-A production for Automotive, Medical, Defense, and Aerospace markets.

Key Responsibilities

CAM & DFM Responsibilities

• Review customer Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and CAD data for manufacturability
• Create panel layouts optimized for yield, SMT flow, and thermal PCB constraints
• Define stack-ups, copper weights, materials, impedance requirements
• Perform DFM analysis for heavy copper, metal-core, and high-power designs
• Generate fabrication drawings, drill files, and production documentation
• Manage revision control and maintain accurate data records
• Support quoting with panel yield calculations and fabrication cost drivers

Machine Programming & Production Support

• Program SMT pick-and-place machines (component libraries, feeder setup, placement files)
• Generate and optimize solder paste printer programs (alignment, offsets, stencil parameters)
• Program 3D SPI inspection parameters and board models
• Develop AOI inspection programs and tuning criteria
• Support X-ray inspection programming for void analysis and BTC/QFN inspection
• Create and validate Flying Probe test programs for electrical verification
• Assist in NPI builds by debugging programs and optimizing cycle time
• Maintain component libraries and machine databases
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to optimize placement strategy and throughput

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in PCB CAM and SMT manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with CAM350, Genesis, or equivalent CAM software
• Hands-on experience programming SMT equipment (printer, pick-and-place, AOI)
• Familiarity with X-ray and Flying Probe programming environments preferred
• Strong understanding of PCB stack-ups, thermal materials, heavy copper routing
• Experience with high-mix / low-to-medium volume production environments

This role owns end-to-end process control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, vacuum/nitrogen reflow, X-ray validation, electrical test (Flying Probe), conformal coating, and full box-build / subsystem integration.

The position ensures robust manufacturing flow, yield performance, and regulatory compliance for Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Industrial, Lighting, and Medical device programs.

Key Responsibilities

SMT & PCB-A Manufacturing

• Lead full SMT line setup including solder paste printing, 3D SPI control, reflow profiling (vacuum/nitrogen), AOI tuning, X-ray validation, and electrical test integration
• Optimize thermal PCB processes including heavy copper, metal-core, and high-current assemblies
• Establish process controls for Flying Probe electrical validation and functional testing
• Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle-time optimization
• Develop PFMEA, control plans, DOE, SPC/CPK strategies

Box Build & Subsystem Assembly

• Design and implement scalable box-build manufacturing flow for complete electronic subsystems

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. • A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
