About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and production scheduling for the plant. This role will also be responsible for managing the supply chain, including raw material/packaging inventory and customer order fulfillment. This role involves leading the Production team, maintaining compliance, and implementing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor and production employees.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and legal requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc) while also ensuring adherence to TCP Analytical policies and procedures (time and attendance, behavior expectations, performance standards).
• Make scheduling and staffing determinations to ensure the on-time and in full completion of customer orders.
• Ensure TCP output and delivery metrics are achieved.
• Initiate corrective actions to reposition unfavorable outcomes.
• Help implement site-wide initiatives with deliverable project ownership of plant drivers including scrap reduction, absorption, capacity improvements and output/throughput improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels of required raw materials, manufacturing supplies, and packaging/shipment supplies.
• Evaluate vendors for procuring required supplies and make decisions to ensure timely receipt while minimizing cost impact to site.
• Initiate Purchase Orders for ordering required manufacturing and packaging supplies as needed.
• Place orders for required manufacturing and packaging supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock of materials are present to prevent production interruption.
• Oversee and perform initial review of all documentation coming from the production area.
• Responsible for correctness and adherence to cGMP requirements and good documentation practices (GDP) from production employees.
• Coach, train, and develop as needed to ensure site compliance in documentation practices.
• Prepare appropriate shipping documents and prepare all products for shipping.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping details with carriers, with a focus on improving on-time delivery, while minimizing logistics costs for the Barker site.
• Communicate with customers on status of orders, scheduling details, and finalization of shipping documents and required items per customer requests.
• Input customer orders into the Chempak ERP system.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of orders being entered.
• Work between leadership, quality, and production teams to ensure realistic and achievable timelines for on-time delivery.
• Support the expansion of EHS programs at the Barker site, including providing leadership to Barker EHS safety team (in development).
• Ensure site audit readiness at all times through the proactive oversight and management of the production and manufacturing areas, including supporting consistent cleaning, organization, and 5S principles for orderly manufacturing operations.
• Provide ownership of deviations and nonconformances resulting from the production area, including leading investigations and inquiries into site identified deviations, supplier corrective action requests, and site initiated corrective action / preventive action (CAPA) tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or science related field.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare).
• Strong familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GFSI, FDA, USP, NF, FCC).

Overview

A large energy and utilities organization is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support engineering and construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle. This role manages both upfront EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) document intake and backend quality review to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and ready for operational turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Support document control operations across all project phases, from initial engineering intake to final quality/compliance checks prior to turnover.
• Receive, track, and maintain engineering and construction documents from EPC partners; ensure proper version control, organization, and distribution to internal teams.

Position Summary

The Corporate Mobile organization forms part of Employee Experience Technology (EET) and is responsible for the Banks Mobile strategy, managing a portfolio of mobile products and services including mobile applications for over 80,000 employees and devices globally.

A requirement has arisen within the Corporate Mobile team for a Mobile Engineer to drive significant engineering improvements for the overall employee experience and growing BAU engineering requirements. Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
