Qualifications: To be considered for the A&P Mechanic position, the candidate must possess the following: 1.

A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong understanding of both airframe systems and powerplant systems.

3.

Proficiency in interpreting and working from complex engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications.

4.

Comprehensive knowledge of FAR 43 and other relevant FAA regulations.

5.

Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a keen attention to detail.

6.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

7.

Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and aircraft test equipment.

8.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

9.

Physical ability to frequently lift, carry, and position heavy objects, and to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.

10.

Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

11.

Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
