Innosight is seeking a Senior Associate to join our consulting team. Senior Associates play a critical role in driving client impactpartnering closely with Project Managers and case teams to structure work, guide problem-solving, and deliver high-quality results. The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $200,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Innosight reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Innosight's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Innosight's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $250,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Innosight's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

STV currently has an opening for a Superintendent in the PM/CM group in New York City. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction site in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring the project is delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
  • Organize, schedule, and oversee the daily and weekly activities of all subcontractors and vendors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to keep the project on track.
• Record-Keeping & Supervision:
  • Maintain accurate project records.
  • Maintain precise time-keeping and cost records.

• Material Management:

Qualifications:

• Education:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. • 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
