Position Summary

The Product Manager – Parts & Remanufacturing owns both the Parts and Remanufacturing product lines and is responsible for ensuring profit growth and achievement of revenue and margin targets. This role carries both commercial growth responsibility and operational fulfillment oversight, ensuring revenue expansion, margin performance, inventory discipline, customer responsiveness, and execution excellence. This leader operates at both strategic and tactical levels — defining pricing and growth strategy while ensuring quoting accuracy, order processing discipline, customer service performance, and fulfillment execution. The role ensures the fulfillment model (internal and external) supports customer uptime, availability, and growth initiatives. Commercial Growth & Portfolio Ownership

• Own revenue, profit, and margin growth across Parts & Remanufacturing.
• Lead pricing strategy, margin optimization, and policy governance.
• Utilize sales and ERP data to identify incremental revenue opportunities

Sales Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead and manage the Aftermarket Parts Sales Team.
• Evaluate departmental capability gaps and implement structured development plans.
• Lead weekly department meetings focused on performance, backlog, and execution.

Operational Fulfillment Oversight

Deliver world-class performance in safety, quality, fulfillment, productivity, and cost.

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle execution

• Lead parts stocking initiatives and inventory optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of capital equipment manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aftermarket parts, remanufacturing, service operations, or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience owning commercial growth and operational execution within a product or business line.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced data analysis skills.

Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will assist with the development of quality systems, procedures and controls to ensure that all medical products consistently meet performance and quality specifications in the Germantown Manufacturing facility. The Quality Engineer is a leader and strong technical resource who quickly and effectively resolves quality problems with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Below Are Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Generates, communicates, and implements ideas and solutions.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks timely.
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Monitor Corrective Action System (i.e. Customer Complaints, Supplier, Internal)
• Initiate and investigate Customer Complaints according to our internal procedure and standards.
• Record essential information on internal and/or customer-specific documentation, including updating customer portals.
• Perform investigations using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical methods to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify gaps and/or trends in systems or processes.
• Initiate and facilitate the Corrective/Preventative Action process using the appropriate quality tools and input from subject matter experts (SME) to implement sustainable solutions.
• Update Quality documents according to our Change Control procedures, as required.
• Verify corrective action effectiveness.
• Drive Non-Conformance Process
• Evaluate and investigate suspect non-conforming product identified by manufacturing and/or the Quality Lab.
• Initiate containment activities, as necessary, with Customer Service and Shipping Department.
• Recommend disposition of product based on thorough investigation and data-driven feedback.
• Initiate and assist Customer Service with Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
• Develop re-inspection, sort, and/or rework instructions for Manufacturing Operators, as required.
• Collaborate with customer on issuing waiver or deviation documentation and obtain customer approval, as required.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Understand ISO 13485 Quality management systems requirements.
• Ensure continuing compliance to both internal processes as well as requirements imposed by certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and specific customer requirements.
• Assist in internal, 2nd party, and 3rd party audits.
• Assist with responses and corrective actions for audit findings.
• Support Product Realization process
• Participate in design review, process planning, and failure mode analysis
• Provide input on evaluation of Key Product Characteristics.
• Provide input on gaging methods and equipment.
• Interpret customer requirements including complex blueprints and GD&T call-outs.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Notifications and Verifications
• Evaluate for feasibility and implement updates to customer requirements into associated product control plans, pFMEA, Inspection documentation and other related documents.
• Incorporate industry standard best practices.
• Incorporate lessons learned.
• Evaluate, submit and track Supplier Change Notices to customers and/or suppliers.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Manufacturing point of contact for the review and disposition of product quality related questions.
• Approve Medical Device release for shipment, as required.
• Perform batch record reviews for medical device prior to release for shipment.
• Generate Certificate of Analysis, as required.
• Release product in ERP system based on customer and process requirements.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.
• Share insights and findings across GoDaddy Commerce to shape our long-term platform strategy for embedded commerce and payments.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.
