The Supplier Quality Engineer position will be responsible for the Total Quality Management of assigned suppliers of aircraft product.
Key Accountabilities1. Evaluates and approves suppliers for Type Certification and Production use.
2. Trains suppliers in applicable Honda quality requirements and operating systems.
3. Conducts audits of supplier facilities and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with all Honda and FAA requirements.
4. Coordinates and verifies supplier root cause and corrective action activities.
5. Implements supplier improvement plans as necessary in order to ensure suppliers perform at expected quality levels.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
1. Bachelor of Science Degree in related Engineering field preferred.
2. Experience working with and auditing to internationally recognized quality systems such as AS9100, TS16949, ISO 9001 preferred.
3. Experience in the development and oversight of an FAA Part 21 approved Quality System a plus.
4. Exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Sigma methodologies preferred.
5. ASQ CQE or CQA certifications a plus.
Key Performance Indicators1. Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PDCA, DMAIC, SPC preferred.

This position provides aircraft technical assistance and guidance to Honda Aircraft customers and service facilities.
Key Accountabilities• Serves as technical support subject matter expert.
• Works directly with Honda Aircraft customers and service facilities regarding technical support.

The Strategic Buyer is responsible for purchasing, cost negotiation, and subcontract administration of assigned materials and/or services from approved and qualified suppliers to support required delivery dates at budgeted or lower cost.
Key Accountabilities- Works with internal customers to understand business requirements and ensure compliance with company’s procurement policies.

Senior Design Engineer responsible for the conceptual design and production engineering of Aircraft Flight Control Mechanical Systems. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual layout, detailed design, hands on aircraft production support, in-service design support for mechanical and electromechanical aspects of the aircraft flight control system. Candidate to have future capability of becoming a FAA DER.
Key Accountabilities- Generate 3D Models and Drawings utilizing CATIA Version 5.

As part of a new aircraft certification program, the technician contributes to the development, integration, and validation of next‑generation systems that advance the aircraft toward regulatory approval and entry into service.
Key Accountabilities- Perform all aircraft maintenance as required to support mission readiness; inspect, test, adjust, and repair aircraft mechanical systems including flight controls, landing gear, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, and engines.
- Support aircraft repairs and modifications for experimental aircraft.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑flight inspections; remove and install engines; rig flight controls; remove, install, and rig landing gear; and carry out additional related maintenance duties.

Your duties will vary between the office and field atmosphere: Assist the Superintendent with physical and electronic paperwork/forms (daily reports, safety forms, toolbox talks, DTAs) Support the Superintendent by picking up supplies, delivering paperwork to the GC or office, and various other errands Attend meetings and document proceedings Assist Project Managers with researching opportunities, downloading plans, specs, Geotechnical reports, etc.
