Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rochester, NY. The Jr Engineer will assist in the design and development of electrical & mechanical systems, collaborate with senior engineers on project specifications, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Create detailed drawings with limited input from Senior Engineers
- Perform calculations under engineering supervision
- Create major layouts under engineering supervision
- Select components and create design under engineering supervision
- Work with 3D Modeling Software, primarily Revit MEP
- Be familiar with and apply industry accepted drawing standards
- Be responsible to check your own work and to produce high quality output
- The role requires a hands-on approach to electrical design and an ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Design and a strong understanding of Engineering principles

Nurses in the float pool will become well-versed in all different types of nursing and will expand their knowledge and nursing skills.

This unit has the capacity to care for ventilator patients and telemetry monitoring, as well as other high-acuity respiratory conditions.

The Cardiac Stroke Center – 2300
The Cardiac Unit is an 18 bed cardiac nursing unit that provides care to cardiac patients and provides full telemetry monitoring. This unit is focused on caring for the cardiac patient after cardiac procedures such as Pacemaker Insertion, Angiograms, Cardiac Ablations, Angioplasty, and patients who require medicated cardiac infusions.
Our team of seasoned and experienced nurses provides mentorship and support to new staff, working together to drive critical thinking through complex medical situations. Many of our nurses start with us and transfer to higher acuity areas, feeling confident they have gained a solid foundation. For those that stay and continue their career with us, we help them sharpen and hone their nursing skills, always offering continuing education and support.
CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV
The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements. An established compensation add-on is applied to each RN level.
Level expectations include:
- RN Level II: Minimum 6 months RN experience; AAS in Nursing; completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 3 activities per pillar (Leadership, Quality, Organizational Contribution), 9 CEUs, and 6 flex items.
- RN Level III: Minimum 1 year RN experience; AAS in Nursing; demonstrated clinical and leadership skills; preceptor and/or charge experience; completion of 4 activities per pillar, 12 CEUs, and 15 flex items.
- RN Level IV: Minimum 1 year experience in the specialty hired into; BS in Nursing required; expanded leadership role (charge, preceptor, mentor); completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 5 activities per pillar, 15 CEUs, and 20 flex items.

- Define ink development priorities, including new formulations, reformulations, and product lifecycle transitions aligned with customer needs and equipment roadmaps
- Support pricing, supply, and contract discussions with ink vendors to ensure alignment with cost targets, volume expectations, and performance standards
- Establish and maintain ink performance standards across all ink families, including color accuracy, adhesion, durability, jetting behavior, and substrate compatibility
- Own escalated ink quality, batch, or performance issues, driving structured root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proactive customer communication
- Benchmark inks against competitive alternatives to identify performance gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
- Serve as the escalation point for ink-related technical issues in support of Service and Applications teams
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to position inks as a competitive advantage in the equipment sales process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales enablement materials, including performance data, compliance documentation, and application guidance
- Deliver targeted training to Sales and channel partners
- Ensure all ink products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and certification requirements, including food contact, VOC, and chemical compliance standards
- Proactively manage regulatory changes and component updates with suppliers to prevent field disruption
- Maintain accurate, current, and accessible technical and regulatory documentation for internal teams and customers
- Participate in ink governance and review forums to track quality metrics, open issues, development projects, vendor performance, and roadmap alignment
- Provide technical input on emerging applications, substrates, and market trends
- Support ink product lifecycle decisions, including product introductions, optimizations, phase-outs, and customer transition planning
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Print Technology, or a related technical field
- Five or more years of experience in digital UV inkjet, ink or materials development, or OEM printing equipment environments
- Demonstrated experience leading external supplier or technology partner relationships in a technical capacity
- Proven ability to navigate OEM and customer relationships
- Strong understanding of UV inkjet systems, ink chemistry, printhead behavior, and curing technologies
- Working knowledge of color management, print quality metrics, and substrate compatibility
- Familiarity with ink-related regulatory and compliance standards

The Director of Quality & Operations ensures that the organizations deliverables are following the company’s quality requirements, in addition to complying with customer and regulatory requirements for quality, safety and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management Program, ensuring strict adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, review, and update quality standards, policies, and procedures for all departments involved in product design, production, and support functions.
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve quality control issues in collaboration with internal team members, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Coordinate and participate in vendor and supplier qualification processes, inspections, and audits.
- Conduct periodic reviews of quality control documentation, including checklists and forms; perform random audits to verify compliance with prescribed standards.
- Plan and execute internal quality audits; report findings to Senior Leadership and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the review and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys, complaints, and product/component failure data; identify trends and collaborate with appropriate personnel to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation required by regulatory agencies and to support the overall quality function.
