A client of Insight Global in the retail/technology industry is seeking Project Managers to assist with an initiative to update, upgrade & improve their facilities across the country. This will include general building updates as well as the upgrading of manual systems in warehouses & delivery centers, to automated systems. The goal is to improve operational efficiency within the locations make processes faster, safer and more efficient. We are looking for hands on project managers with relevant backgrounds to engineering, facilities, warehouse and maintenance related work who aren't afraid to get super involved and can direct and oversee the work being done to ensure timely and accurate completion. This is a fast paced role and requires a high level of organization skills to appropriately communicate with internal and external stakeholders about project timelines, budgets and any escalations that may arise. This person will be responsible for tracking projects in relevant software and updating playbooks accordingly as tasks are completed. This person will be in the field 80-100% of the time, executing on projects and will often be working odd hours or an occasional weekend to complete the work. Travel will primarily be regionally based, but could involve travel outside of the assigned region. Projects will focus on general building upgrades and increase in complexity as trust is earned. All travel time is paid and expenses are reimbursed but will be fronted on a personal credit card. Under direction, the incumbent is responsible for managing and maintaining the City's official tax maps, property records, and survey data, while providing technical and administrative support to engineering, planning and zoning, property management, public infrastructure, and legal functions.

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads the QC team, coordinates testing and inspections, analyzes data, and implements corrective actions to maintain product excellence and compliance. This is a second shift role (3pm - 12am).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team in daily laboratory and inspection activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Review and approve QC test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate in-process and final product inspections and testing.
• Investigate quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, FDA regulations, or other relevant guidelines.
• Maintain QC documentation, logs, and records to support audits and inspections.

• Collaborate with Production, R&D, and QA teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Monitor laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare reports and present quality metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QC laboratory techniques, testing methods, and quality standards.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, ISO, FDA).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.

What you'll get to do...

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.
