How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

The EHS / Facilities Manager is responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Facilities operations across multiple sites. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment while driving standardization, risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective facility operations. The Manager partners closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational excellence, employee well-being, and business continuity across all locations.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

While each day brings new opportunities at Cues, your core responsibilities will be:

1. Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)

• Own and lead the EHS strategy across all assigned sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and standardize EHS policies, procedures, and programs across sites.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, track and close corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage workers’ compensation programs, claims, and return-to-work processes.
• Deliver EHS training programs (new hire, annual, task-specific) and maintain training records.
• Monitor and report EHS KPIs (TRIR, DART, near misses, audits, compliance metrics).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
• Drive a strong safety culture through engagement, communication, and leadership presence.

1. Facilities Management

• Oversee facilities operations across multiple sites, including buildings, utilities, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and compliance.
• Manage vendors and contractors (janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, waste, security, etc.), including contracts, performance, and cost control.
• Lead capital projects and facility upgrades, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, fire protection systems, and life safety standards.
• Support space planning, office/workflow layouts, and site expansions or consolidations.
• Maintain facility documentation, drawings, permits, and inspection records.

1. Leadership, Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Provide direct or indirect leadership to site EHS and/or facilities resources.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align EHS and facilities priorities with business objectives.
• Coach and influence site leaders and employees to reinforce accountability and best practices.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and lower operating costs.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize actions and measure effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports to leadership on EHS performance, compliance status, and facility needs.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8+ years of progressive EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable EHS regulations.
• Experience managing facilities, contractors, and capital projects.
• Proven ability to lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent.
• Experience implementing standardized EHS management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement

• Develop bidders list, including ability to analyze information in CPS and be aware of local market capabilities
• Develop overall bidding strategy for project
• Manage distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders, including solicitation of bidders and management of data within CPS
• Organize and conduct pre-bid meetings
• Manage bidder question process
• Manage development of work scopes and mentor others on their creation
• Develop front end documents for bidding based on project needs and requirements of owner contract
• Receive/evaluate bids and conduct post-bid reviews
• Write subcontracts, both standard subcontract orders and more complex types such as professional services or design-assist

Planning

• Initiate setup of a complex project schedule and creation of activities and logic, with no/little assistance on durations and schedule flow.

• Set up a multi-element cash flow and manpower projection analysis at varying stages of the project
• Prepare constructability reviews to determine completeness of documents
• Review estimates prepared by preconstruction group for potential scope holes

Field Operations

• Establish and oversee the safety plan at the jobsite; set safety culture at jobsite
• Ensure punchlist process is completed in a timely manner
• Assist with management of labor relations with field personnel, including interactions with unions
• Implement emergency crisis procedures and ensure staff is appropriately trained
• Manage owner equipment coordination process
• Facilitate Mechanical/Electrical overhead coordination or BIM process

Cost Management

• Create and manage general conditions budget. Monitor and update projections monthly
• Establish non-reimbursables based on interpretation of contract; work to minimize their usage
• Set up trade budget structure and log into Prolog
• Review budget entries of others and evaluate reports for accuracy
• Regularly monitor project costs and effectiveness of change management process
• Oversee creation of cost items in prolog and issuance to contractors
• Assist with processing changes to owner agreement
• Support job-site cash management, including monitoring of job profitability and timeliness of payment

Management

• Facilitate meetings with the project team
• Ensure RFIs and submittals are being appropriately processed by the engineering staff
• Ensure office procedures are implemented, including filing system, correspondence formats, start-up documents, closeout documents, and archiving
• Manage ultimate agency acceptance of the project, including serving as an interface to code officials
• Involvement in seeking repeat and new business sales
• Assist with response to RFPs and preparation of presentations for new projects
• Manage job relations and communication needs with the Architect/Engineer

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Universal Field Service Technician (5-Axis CNC)

The ideal candidate would live in or be looking to relocate to the indicated location advertised. Relocation assistance is NOT provided. Prior experience installing and/or diagnosing and repairing machines is required.

The Universal Field Service Technician will specialize in the 5-axis Universal Line versus turn-key production solutions. This position is responsible for supporting installations and service calls exclusively at client's customer sites. This individual will need to be available to travel on short notice to wherever client designates them to travel to.

While at the customer sites, this individual will be responsible for the mechanical build and start-up of machine tool equipment. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, an in-depth knowledge of metric prints, and an understanding of assembly technology and/or metal cutting principles.

Position Overview

The Vice President, Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a key executive leadership role reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer. As a strategic member of the Information Services Leadership Team, the CISO shapes and leads the enterprise cybersecurity vision for The Guthrie Clinic, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information systems across the health system.

The CISO partners closely with senior executives, clinical and operational leaders, and organizational stakeholders to drive a comprehensive cybersecurity program. This role provides oversight for system‑wide cybersecurity strategy, cyber risk management, AI‑related cyber governance, medical device security, third‑party risk management (TPRM), and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA Security Rule and NY DOH Cybersecurity Regulations.

Key responsibilities include leading enterprise information security policy, cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and system‑wide security awareness. The CISO also provides cybersecurity reporting to the Audit Committee and delivers annual briefings to the Guthrie Clinic Board of Directors.

This leader manages and mentors a high‑performing, multidisciplinary cybersecurity team and actively participates in healthcare cybersecurity communities to advance best practices, threat‑intelligence sharing, and sector‑wide resilience.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and information technology, with at least four years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience and measurable outcomes in: - Healthcare cybersecurity leadership.
• Cyber threat and risk frameworks and executive‑level risk reporting.
• NIST CSF and or HITRUST CSF implementation and maturity progression.
• Incident response, threat detection, digital forensics, SOC operations, and vulnerability management.
• Third‑party risk management (TPRM) and vendor cybersecurity due diligence.

Essential Functions

The CISO is a strategic thought leader, consensus builder, and integrator who balances cybersecurity with organizational agility and mission needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leadership, Governance & Strategy

• Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, grounded in HITRUST CSF, NIST CSF, and leading industry frameworks.
• Lead all cybersecurity and infrastructure operations teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
• Establish and chair an Information Security Steering Committee.
• Provide cybersecurity program reporting to The Guthrie Clinic Audit Committee and annual program reporting to the full Guthrie Clinic Board of Directors, and other leadership and Guthrie hospital board meetings as requested.

Policy, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Develop, publish, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with the HIPAA Security Rule, NY DOH cybersecurity regulations, PCI DSS, and other applicable federal and state healthcare cybersecurity regulations.
• Work with enterprise business units to define acceptable residual risk levels and manage risk remediation plans.

Risk Management & Cyber Risk Quantification

• Lead formal risk assessment processes, including cyber risk quantification to inform executive decision‑making.
• Create and maintain a robust program for information classification, ownership, accountability, and protection.
• Monitor external threats and emerging technologies, including AI‑related risks, and advise on appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support annual cyber insurance renewal process

Third‑Party & Medical Device Security

• Lead a comprehensive TPRM program, including evaluation, onboarding, monitoring, and continuous assessment of vendor cybersecurity and cloud service providers.
• Oversee medical device cybersecurity programs, coordinating with clinical engineering and biomedical teams to protect connected clinical technologies.

Operational Security & Incident Response

• Oversee security operations center (SOC) functions and SIEM, SOAR, and DLP technologies.
• Lead incident response and investigation processes, including post‑incident analysis and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and configuration hardening programs.

Architecture, Technology & Innovation

• Partner with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment between security principles and system design.
• Provide security guidance for IT projects, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and new clinical technology implementations.
• Ensure the secure design, implementation, and continuous cyber governance of the organization’s Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment, spanning access controls, third‑ party risk, and SEER compliance.

Awareness, Training & Culture

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for all employees, contractors, and system users.
• Drive a culture of security awareness and shared accountability across the organization.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Create a metrics and reporting framework to measure program maturity, operational performance, and risk exposure.

Education & Certifications
