What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer on the north side of Cincinnati to identify a Senior Manager of Operations to lead a large, complex manufacturing site undergoing operational transformation.

This is a true turnaround opportunity. The organization is investing in leadership, operational excellence, and foundational process discipline to restore performance across safety, quality, throughput, and cost. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will build the systems, structure, and accountability needed to stabilize and scale operations.

You will lead a ~400-employee flagship facility that drives the majority of company revenue, while also providing oversight to a smaller, stable plant in another region. This role offers significant executive visibility, autonomy, and clear succession potential.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Lead all manufacturing operations across a large, multi-line building materials facility.

• Oversee plant leadership including multiple department managers and a second-site plant leader.

• Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and leadership structure.

• Drive disciplined daily, weekly, and monthly KPI management.

Safety & Culture

• Build and sustain a zero-injury, safety-first culture.

• Integrate safety into all operational and improvement initiatives.

Lean & Continuous Improvement

• Implement and standardize Lean manufacturing principles and daily management systems.

• Establish standard work to enable sustainable continuous improvement.

• Improve OEE, throughput, scrap reduction, and cost performance through process stability.

• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to strengthen reliability and execution.

Strategic Impact

• Stabilize operations before accelerating long-term growth initiatives.

• Balance immediate execution needs with system-building for scalability.

• Serve as a key member of the plant leadership team with high executive exposure.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.

• Experience leading large, complex plant environments (multi-line, high-volume preferred).

• Demonstrated success in turnaround or build-from-scratch operational environments.

• Strong Lean / Operational Excellence background (Six Sigma certification a plus).

• Proven people leader with experience developing high-performing teams.

• Hands-on, floor-oriented leadership style with strong coaching capability.

Valco Melton, a world leader in adhesive application, fluid handling, and quality assurance systems, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Field Service team based out of our world headquarters in Cincinnati.

The Field Service Technician will install, repair, and service Valco Melton's adhesive dispensing and quality assurance systems at customer sites. The Technician will also advise and train customer personnel in the operation of Valco equipment. Applicants must have general technical aptitude, ideally some prior experience working with machinery, and will need to work off of engineering drawings and electrical and pneumatic schematics.

This position will be based out of Valco Melton’s headquarters in Cincinnati, but approximately 80% of time will be spent traveling to and working at customer facilities out of town. The majority of this travel will be overnight trips to other states. This role will also entail working 2 weekends per month, on average.

In addition, travel may include occasional international trips to Canada.

This position will offer extensive opportunities for overtime and double time. With base salary + overtime, potential earnings can range from $70,000 to $95,000 annually.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Carry out all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Determine customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers through high-quality work and winning customer service attitude.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development

• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
