Product Manager Websites owns defines the strategy, roadmap, and feature sets for the Family Dollar websites, acting as the intersection between business, user experience, and technology. The Product Manager will be heavily engaged in the product lifecycle—from conception to launch and beyond—by collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver value. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, prioritizing backlogs, and analyzing metrics to guide product success. Develop and communicate the product strategy, vision, and roadmap to stakeholders. Guide products from concept through development, launch, and eventual retirement. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and drive a product roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities.

• Own the end-to-end customer experience

• Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree or 2+ years of experience in product management, or 4-5+ years in related roles like software development, marketing, or project management.

• Understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX design principles, and A/B testing.

•Ability to think strategically and add value to the business

•Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems

•Strong oral and written communication skills

The Retail Engineer - Store Operations’ primary responsibilities are to update and maintain our engineered labor standards platform. In addition, identify and analyze key metric data alongside current store operational processes to support workload simplification and new initiatives. This job requires problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities, along with data management and great communication skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance

• Compile and upkeep relevant datasets and information crucial to store operations such as Time Studies, Labor Standards, etc.
• Become an expert in our labor standards platform (LaborPro) and ensure accurate inputs, maintenance, and application of the system.
• Skilled in work measurement, standard data, and predetermined time systems and tools (MOST) with a focus on time study expertise.
• Investigate store data and processes to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with field and store management to validate and react to trends and outliers by offering feedback and problem-solving solutions to ensure resolution.
• Assist the Manager of Reporting & Analytics in monitoring store processes, building relationships with business partners, and creating tools and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management System Support

• Assist in maintaining and updating the WFM platform (e.g., Legion, Kronos, UKG, Reflexis) to support accurate scheduling, forecasting, and timekeeping.
• Partner with IT and HR teams to monitor integrations with payroll and POS systems.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and rollout of new features or configuration changes.
• Provide day-to-day user support and assist in developing training resources for field and store leaders.

Labor Standards & Modeling Support

• Help collect and organize data used to validate labor standards and staffing models.
• Conduct time studies or data reviews to identify process improvement opportunities.
