QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or requisite experience preferred
• 3-4 years of consulting experience or 7-9 years of applicable work experience, specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruiting (ORC), Talent and/or Learning Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including full financial and physical performance
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants; oversee vendor coordination and issue resolution
• Manage property financials including payables/receivables, budget development, variance tracking, and reporting

Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program’s Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off.  This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the Production IPT and program.

In addition, it is expected this person will work across all Raytheon functional organizations to staff the Production IPT and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s).  

This is an onsite position located at either our Andover or Tewksbury, MA facilities.

What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The candidate will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the Functional organizations, and ensuring program financial commitments are met and are fundamental to success in this role.

• Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and

Raytheon is currently seeking a Test Equipment Design Engineer (Test Development Engineer II) to join the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an excellent position for engineers with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, along with a desire to apply those skills to developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures.  

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Test architectures include a blend of customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), along with custom electro-mechanical holding fixtures and associated interface cabling and harnessing.

Engineers in this role will also have exposure to the full lifecycle development process - from the requirements definition phase of the test solution design process through the verification and final system sell-off in a production facility or field/depot environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead a cross functional team of engineers

• Oversee the direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance impact, career development, and talent acquisition

• Support department and discipline level initiatives

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience in system, software, and/or test.

The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team discipline is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support integration and test activities for NASAMS (surface to air defense system) programs. In this role you will collaborate internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and U.S. Government customers to plan, prepare and execute Product Acceptance Testing and System Demonstration of the NASAMS Fire Unit.  This position reports into the overall NASAMS SI&T Cross Product Team Lead.

What You Will Do:

• Support the test architect in the integration and test strategy development and implementation to include metric collection and tracking.

• Support the development and review of test plans and test procedures.

• Support the planning, preparations, and conduct and product acceptance, system demonstration, and System Integration and Checkout (SICO) events.

• Identify and coordinate resources required for execution of demonstration and test events.

• Responsible for providing technical assistance to the program SI&T CPT lead to include development of technical briefings for program and engineering leadership.

• International travel up to 20%. Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with the systems, software, operation, integration, and/or test.

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start.

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the overall vision, strategy, and coordination of the C5I business area operating within the organization’s agile, multi-team environments. In this role, you will lead a team of product owners, align product goals with business strategy, and resolve dependencies, ensuring coordinated execution across the C5I programs scope.

What You Will Do

• Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.

• Partner with the program leadership team to define and implement the "Definition of Done," ensuring quality and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders, aligning technical execution with programmatic and business goals.

• Define, communicate, and implement the product vision and strategy to meet product line objectives.

• Oversee AGILE processes across SCRUM Teams, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scaled Daily Meetings, Tech Times, and Team Demos.

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure efficient execution of project goals.

• Support the program leadership team in providing innovative solutions to challenging problems for U.S. customers.

• Lead customer-facing demonstrations of the C5I system to potential new customers, contributing to the growth of the product line.

• This position is on site in Tewksbury, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex engineering projects.

• Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.

• Experience in overseeing and/or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with software product development, networking, computing platforms, cybersecurity compliance (e.g., Link16, MIL-STD-6016).

• Six Sigma, CORE, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Software Project Management Certification and/or PMX certification.

• Prior experience with the C5I product line or other DOD programs.
