Key Responsibilities:
- Network with end-users (ie. technology, real estate & facilities managers), commercial real estate brokers, owners representatives, architects, technology consultants, construction managers and vendors to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including bidding on jobs, developing proposals and closing deals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior level decision makers
- Represent the company in project interviews, meetings, presentations and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field required
- 5+ years experience in a sales or business development role in the Audio-Visual Systems Integration or Unified Communications space
- Proven track record closing business and building client relationships
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter attitude. Highly motivated to grow regional sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn capabilities of new technical products and have an in-depth understanding of technology systems integration

This is What You’ll Do
- Develops and maintains equipment validation policy and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Performs the development and execution of process validation protocols and documents consistent with FDA and EU guidelines.
- Ensures regulatory requirements are met during development and execution of equipment validation protocols.
- Develops, executes, and maintains validation protocols for donor center, laboratory, and plasma storage warehouse equipment - including freezers, refrigerators, Anti-D refrigerators, and supply room temperature mapping - ensuring alignment with cGMP, GAMP, and good engineering practices.
- Develop protocols for temperature studies (e.g., plasma thawing, volume changes, collection process modifications)
- Analyzes resulting data to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Reviews, approves, and summarizes executed validation protocols, investigates deviations, and ensures timely resolution of nonconformities.
- Maintains strict adherence to the organization’s SOPs, FDA and EU regulations, and state/local laws governing equipment validation and plasma storage quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This is What it Takes
- Three (3) years’ experience biologics, drug manufacturing, or medical device industry or FDA regulated laboratory.
- One (1) year of validation or relatable experience in regulated industry.
- Prior use of use of equipment: calibrated, temperature monitoring, data loggers, etc. preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40%.

- Position works at donation centers fleetwide
- Ability to view video display terminal images 18” away from face for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Join Our Team as an Advanced Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist where your skills will be utilized to manufacture power generation equipment and their subassemblies. Emphasis is placed on ability to adhere to all safety requirements, follow engineering drawings (blueprints) and interpret and execute manufacturing processes per specific work instructions and validate your work utilizing electronic quality control documentation.
Advanced CNC machinists’ roles will involve performing precise and complex setups, utilizing various types of specialized fixtures, and collaborating with your technical support team on how related processes can be further improved. Given the role in an advanced CNC machinist there is an expectation to share knowledge, resolve issues, and add your own learnings and experiences to the knowledge base of the team. The qualified candidate can be hired for various CNC machinist positions focused on either the operation of CNC Lathes, Vertical Mills and/ or Horizontal Mills.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ability to operate either CNC Lathes, Vertical Mills, and/or Horizontal Mills.
- Read CNC programs and be familiar with G & M codes.
- Perform minor edits to CNC programs to improve efficiency and eliminate opportunities for error.
- Build (pre-set tooling) as needed for specific machining processes.
- Interpret engineering blueprints and written instructions.
- Apply concepts of geometrical tolerancing.
- Perform machining processes utilizing both empirical standard and metric system.
- Set up and use various measuring and inspection gages/instruments including ID and OD micrometers, bore gages, thread gages, etc.
- Control machining tolerances of 0.0005” – 0.005”.
What You Bring
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to adhere to all safety requirements.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) required.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience required with proficiency in at least one of the following: Lathe, Vertical Mill, and/or Horizontal Mill.
- Proficiency in performing machine setups, tool selection, program offsets, G-codes, M-codes, troubleshooting, metrology, and blueprint reading.
- Strong knowledge of shop mathematics and the ability to interpret drawings (blueprints), written specifications, charts, and utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. They craft and tune player advancement and rewards across the entire game.
You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. You’ll mentor other designers, establish best practices, and ensure the systems design team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that support both gameplay and business goals.

Reports: This position will report to Game Director.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the vision and execution of player progression, meta systems, and engagement loops across single and multiplayer experiences.
- Define and drive KPIs for progression systems that align with player satisfaction and business goals.
- Mentor and guide systems designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Own major feature areas from concept through implementation, ensuring quality and consistency across the game.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, art, UX, and production to ensure systems are well-integrated and technically feasible.
- Establish and evangelize best practices for systems design, documentation, and tool usage.
- Anticipate and resolve design challenges, proactively improving workflows and pipelines.
- Playtest and iterate on systems regularly, using data and player feedback to refine and optimize.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on systems design and progression.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring designers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Shipped at least one AAA title with significant ownership of progression or meta systems.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement strategies, and content pacing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on tool development and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Strategic mindset, balancing creative vision with technical and business constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine, including scripting and integration into production pipelines.
- Strong technical scripting skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Passion for combat-oriented games, player progression, and Skybound’s unique properties.
Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000
- Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
