About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in securing new work and supporting our operations team with accurate, thoughtful estimates. You’ll lead bids for public works and private development projects, and prepare estimates for self-perform scopes including grading, paving, wet utilities, and concrete. You’ll also contribute to general contracting opportunities across Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and JOC delivery methods.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications to understand scope and develop accurate estimates.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing using self-perform production-based estimates or unit price estimating.
• Manage bid setups in HCSS HeavyJob software, ensuring all required documentation is included.
• Solicit and organize quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with the estimating team to meet all deadlines and support each other in completing tasks.
• Train, mentor, and lead junior estimating staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve their best.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of estimating practices, guides, and tutorials to streamline processes.
• Participate in ongoing estimating training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent technical training and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of heavy civil experience
• Familiarity with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid, On-Screen Takeoff, Agtek, or similar tools.
• Understanding of estimating techniques, cost control, subcontractor solicitation, and material specifications.
• Knowledge of municipal specifications and understanding of project delivery methods such as Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Job Order Contracts (JOC).
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Summary

As Head of Growth at Nominal, you'll own driving revenue growth by building and scaling our entire growth engine. You'll own our email/SMS revenue strategy, strategize a high-performing UGC/influencer content pipeline, and optimize retention and lifecycle marketing. You'll work directly with the CMO to set quarterly goals, manage key agency relationships, and use data to ruthlessly prioritize what scales and what gets cut. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who's taken a DTC brand from $10M+ to $30M+ before and knows exactly which levers to pull to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth strategy: Build and execute the roadmap of growth; set quarterly goals, track performance, and adjust strategy based on what's working.
• Build UGC/influencer content engine: Scale existing systems to source, manage, and optimize UGC content; manage creator relationships and performance to help grow Nominal’s social media and paid media presence.
• Drive email/SMS growth: Own strategy for email/SMS with our agency to grow revenue and subscriber list and diversify the marketing calendar for the brand.
• Optimize retention & lifecycle marketing: Increase repeat purchase rate by 10–15% through loyalty program optimization, post-purchase flows, mobile app adoption, and targeted retention campaigns.
• Improve conversion rate and AOV: Partner with CRO agency to run 2–3 tests/month; optimize upsells, cross-sells, bundling, and checkout flow to increase AOV by 10–15%
• Build unit economics & reporting infrastructure: Establish CAC by channel, LTV by cohort, payback period, and contribution margin; create dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
• Manage agency relationships: Oversee and strategize with ad buyer, email/SMS agency, ad creative agency, CRO agency, and other softwares.
• Create promotional calendar strategy: Partner with CMO to plan flash sales, exclusive offers, product launches, and cultural campaigns that drive urgency and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Creative Team on performance-driven creative, CFO on forecasting and profitability, and Marketing Ops Coordinator on execution

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years in DTC e-commerce growth marketing with at least 3–5 years in a senior performance marketing or growth leadership role
• Proven track record scaling a DTC brand from $10M+ to $30M+ and can clearly articulate the strategies and tactics you used to achieve that growth
• Deep email/sms expertise: strong email/SMS marketing background: Driven significant revenue from owned channels through segmentation, flow optimization, list growth, and campaign strategy
• Analytical and data-driven: Comfortable with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin); use data to prioritize and make ruthless decisions
• Experience managing agencies and freelancers: Know how to set expectations, evaluate performance, and get the best results from external partners
• Retention and lifecycle marketing expertise: Built and optimized loyalty programs, post-purchase journeys, win-back campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $33.90 - $50.90 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal 'Wage and Hour' requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Architect mission-focused solutions that integrate Iridium Mobile Satellite Services (voice, data, and IoT) with tactical radios, network infrastructure, mission applications, and cloud platforms to meet U.S. Government requirements for operations, cybersecurity, resiliency, and interoperability.
• Work directly with government agencies, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with Iridium's initiatives
• Identify and integrate innovative technologies into existing systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Serve as a technical advisor, providing guidance on system capabilities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal system performance
• Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to technical specifications, and alignment with client objectives
• Foster strong relationships with government clients, deliver technical presentations, and provide training to ensure effective use of Iridium solutions
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of technical solutions and recommendations to customers in one-on-one meetings, briefings, and large conference settings, tailoring content to both technical and executive audiences
• Monitor industry trends, gather feedback from stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall performance and value of Iridium's solutions

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the satellite or military communications industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues clearly and confidently, and recognize and adapt to different communication techniques
• Comfortable speaking in front of audiences (small working groups and at industry conferences)
• Can easily build meaningful relationships with others, including senior leadership outside of your own department, and is comfortable providing constructive feedback to your team members and management
• Ability to support relationships and network internally and externally to facilitate business objectives
• Be able to analyze a situation or problem, generate effective solutions, and see those solutions through to completion
• Must possess the creativity and resourcefulness needed to make reliable decisions and determine methods on new assignments

Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:

• Prior military, DoD (Department of Defense) civilian, or DoD contractor experience
• Knowledge of Iridium call processing, gateway architecture, and Space Vehicle (SV) interactions

Work Environment:

We are looking for a Technical Manager (metallurgy focused) to join Kaiser Aluminum in Chandler, Arizona! Requisition 1393 at Technical Manager is an expert in the field of aluminum manufacturing. This position is critical for the overall development, design, implementation, and execution of manufacturing operations.

What you will work on:

• Oversee the Thermal and Mechanical processes needed to produce aluminum seamless tubing to meet applicable AMS and ASTM industry specifications.
• Develop a deep understanding of applicable industry and customer specifications and maintain current revisions.
• Oversee product testing and release through QA Lab including mechanical testing, external testing, and the measurement tool calibration system to ensure that inspection tools are maintained and are in current calibration.
• Troubleshoot and investigate test failures for resolution and disposition.
• Ensure accuracy, validity, and record maintenance of all necessary product and process testing.
• Determine product conformity or nonconformity and provide disposition.
• Notify customers within one business day when a nonconformance is determined to exist or suspected to exist (include information in the notification as determined applicable)
• Perform supplier audits, such as raw material, outside testing and calibration labs, and tooling vendors.
• Review and disposition deviation requests from suppliers critical to product quality such as raw material, tooling, and calibrated tools and products.
• Support the site Quality Manager in development and implementation of corrective actions as necessary, including Vital Few investigations.
• As clause/process owner, responsible for ensuring corrections/ corrective actions arising from audits are addressed in a timely manner
• Support periodic reviews of process performance including scrap, complaints, RCCA, and audit findings, both internal and external
• Sign customer certifications as necessary
• Instruct and train employees on processes critical to product quality and perform competency evaluations, as necessary.
• Evaluate customer requirements (review, accept, reject) such as drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and supplier quality requirements
• Customer technical support and product complaint investigations, including on-site and off-site activities.
• Identify potential nonconforming outputs (product, process, or service) and risks to develop appropriate countermeasures
• Support production plan reviews including draw plans, press recipes, thermal practices, and other manufacturing steps.
• Support commercial organization with new product review of drawings and specifications to advise process capabilities and product/process risks.
• Manage thermal process controls according to AMS 2772 and AMS 2750 including thermal uniformity survey (TUS), system accuracy test (SAT), and thermal instrument calibration (TIC).
• Suggest documentation/process changes and improvement opportunities
• General floor support with QA functions, in-process inspection, inspection equipment troubleshooting, product or process failures to find resolution
• Review of new equipment (flare, age ovens, air gage) implementation and validation
• Follow applicable Environment, Quality, and Safety documents, notify supervisor immediately if not correct
• Communicate with internal and external personnel (on any matter relevant to your job function; to be able to perform you job successfully; whenever necessary; with anyone necessary; in any manner necessary (phone, e-mail, in person, by mail; etc.) as long as the communication does not violate Kaiser Aluminum's Code of Conduct

What you will bring to the position:

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience labs and metallurgists.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive) and other PC based software programs.
• Ability to professionally communicate to parties inside and outside the organization at all organizational levels with regards to technical issues facing the facility.
• Ability to manage personnel from engineer to operator within department, and advise/coach personnel across the facility.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts and product/process quality systems techniques.
