About the Role
As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the production schedule and purchasing materials and services for our CNC machine shop. The Master Scheduler serves as the central coordination point between engineering, purchasing, shipping, and shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the master production schedule based on customer demand, forecasts, and order priority.
- Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate rush orders, material shortages, machine downtime, or labor constraints.
- Sequence jobs to optimize machine utilization, labor efficiency, and output.
- Issuing purchase orders for materials and services.
- Coordinate subcontracted operations.
- Liaison between Production Manager and shop floor.
- Identify inefficiencies in scheduling and production flow.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of scheduling/planning experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Strong ERP system experience (JobBOSS is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.

Innovar Group is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to support a large-scale mission critical construction project in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This role will work closely with project leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to support the successful execution of a complex data center construction project. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on mission critical or data center builds and be comfortable coordinating field activities, documentation, and project communication.
Job Title: Mid Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical
Location: Port Washington, WI (Onsite)
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract
Pay: $55–$80/hour depending on mission critical/data center experience
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination
- Assist with managing project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate activities between subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Monitor field progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications
- Review drawings and specifications to support construction execution
- Assist with quality control and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project records including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and logs
- Support progress reporting and project closeout documentation
Required Qualifications
- Mission critical construction experience is required, specifically data center or similar critical infrastructure projects
- Experience working as a Project Engineer on large commercial or industrial construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and other construction documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

This role partners closely with project managers, engineering, procurement and accounting to analyze financial performance, identify risks and drive cost control improvements.

Project Budgeting & Planning
- Develop detailed project budgets and cost estimates

Cost Monitoring & Control
- Track project expenditures against budgets

Forecasting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly percentage of completion entries
