Raytheon’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems (ALEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. The ALEGS Department is currently hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer - Effector Guidance Systems position in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) Department within Raytheon Hardware Engineering provides Electrical Systems Engineering to develop Electronic Systems solutions for products across the Raytheon portfolio. This role will include Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities so Earned Value (EV) certification is required.
 

What You Will Do

Qualifications you Must Have

We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities.
