SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize, scale, and sustain manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, throughput, cost, and safety.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Support PCBA/SMT processes.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor works under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees engaged in the manufacturing of products within quality, time, and cost standards. Additional responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, implementing and monitoring process improvements, maintaining process control and troubleshooting documentation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversee production and quality of products to ensure MCX produces defect-free products which meet or exceed customer expectations, on schedule, and to customer requirements.
- Closely monitor operational performance to meet goals and objectives established by the company using plant metrics as a tool for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain tiered reporting and problem solving
- Maintains productions processes. Ensures minimal machine downtime by ensuring workstations are staffed, work orders and materials lined up, and set-up times kept to schedule.
- Direct and supervise all personnel involved with the production/manufacturing of products.
- Provides training and development; coaches and develops employees within assigned areas, fostering open communication within the group to promote teamwork. Ensures team is cross trained to support scheduling flexibility according to site standards.
- Responsible for planning and directing the workflow, assembly methods and workforce utilization for MCX
- Ensures all Quality system procedures and documentation requirements are consistently followed.
- Ensures all company policies including workflow and safety are followed and enforced.
- Conducts regularly scheduled safety meetings in accordance with OSHA standards and in accordance with company’s written safety policy and procedures
- Documents all training records for production/manufacturing employees to ensure all appropriate and mandated training is completed and properly documented.
- Performs set-up machinist job duties in order to meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.
- Promotes and holds team accountable for 5S and good manufacturing practices, COS (Cost of Sales), and Lean problem solving. Participates in and supports kaizens and other CI activities.

SUMMARY
Provide professional materials planning focusing on daily execution of purchasing and production planning /scheduling support to the organization. This includes close coordination with suppliers, Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing departments to ensure smooth execution from the supplier through the manufacturing process. Maintain and improve MRP system or other system parameters and systems, generate and release work orders and/or purchase orders, reschedule and maintain area capacity and purchasing delivery plans, as well as product forecasts. Track, monitor, and advise management on production plans and purchasing delivery schedules in order to achieve planned production levels and to provide excellent customer service at the right cost in order to achieve company goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for selecting, ordering, and coordinating materials or services for production and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), based on engineering specifications; drive continuous improvement in price, quality, service, delivery performance, and lead times.
- Maintains all MRP or scheduling systems for purchasing, production planning, supplier delivery planning, and work order/capacity management.

Role Overview
As a Patient Support Nurse at CareSimple, you will serve as a key liaison between our patients and clinical partners. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, conduct proactive outreach, monitor and respond to patient-generated health data alerts, and provide compassionate clinical guidance to help patients stay engaged and safe between provider visits. You’ll also guide patients through onboarding and device setup, address questions and concerns, and escalate clinical issues as needed. Utilizing our support ticket system, you will manage key logistics processes to ensure seamless delivery and support for remote monitoring devices, playing a critical role in the success of our RPM programs.
Responsibilities
- Patient Support & Care: Guide patients through initial onboarding and setup of their RPM devices with empathy and professionalism. Provide ongoing patient care touchpoints — answering clinical questions, offering health education, and supporting patient engagement and adherence throughout the monitoring program.
- Patient Alert Management: Monitor incoming patient health data alerts generated by RPM devices (e.g., out-of-range vitals, missed readings). Assess alert severity, apply clinical judgment to determine appropriate response, and take action following established protocols and clinical judgement, whether that’s direct patient outreach, care coordination, or escalation to the provider team.
- Technical Coordination: Provide basic troubleshooting for cellular-enabled devices and escalate issues via internal support tickets. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
- Device Logistics Oversight: Coordinate device ordering and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Manage exceptions (e.g., reshipments, replacements, returns) and monitor the glucose supply auto-replenishment program. Track high-priority orders and proactively address risks to prevent delays.
- Documentation: Ensure clear and timely documentation across internal systems and, when applicable, in the customer’s EHR.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

Engage in Digital Transformation (DTx) efforts, leveraging methods and enabling technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development practices.
Work alongside teams of engineers to support integration and testing efforts, ensuring seamless functionality of system components.
Utilize laboratory equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience.
Modeling and simulation for Electronic Warfare (EW) or radar systems.
Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence.
