Operate and utilize mechanical, test equipment and test systems, precision devices in failure analysis, all forms of predictive/preventative technologies, as required on cranes.
Operate, use and maintain overhead maintenance work platforms Maintain, adjust, install and repair, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric brake system components on cranes and bridges as requires.
Inspect and maintain building runway rails and expansion joints.
Maintain mechanical crane and hoist systems including cables, chain, sheaves and hooks.
Perform the operational tests and load tests of cranes and bridges as required by Engineering, SHEA and other applicable codes and regulations.
Maintain logs, charts, and perform written and verbal tie-in records.
Prepare reports and schedules as required.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards: Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking multiple Machinist Assemblers Precision to join our Machinist departments in either Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA .
Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects.
Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups.

Our client is a large commercial construction company seeking a motivated, independent thinking Project Manager for the local DMV market. Prior experience is required for success in this position, which includes the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals on various multi-million dollar projects across multiple sites in the DMV metro area.
- Hold full accountability for the profitability and success of assigned projects.
- Collaborate closely with the estimators to complete a project turnover to operations and establish a cost budget for the project.
- Manage the submittal process and develop a relationship with the customers to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- Update cost projections for the project as necessary and provide a weekly update to the operations manager as to the project status, problems, challenges, and needs.
- Establish pricing for the project scope changes; identify and communicate project impacts to the customers.
- Manage the project and communicate all issues to the customers immediately.
- Ensure that the key material delivery schedules are met, the project stays on schedule and under budget, and that the closeout documentation is sent to the customers.
- Work closely within the project team, providing ongoing guidance and training to APM and intern level team members.
