**Scheduler role, looking for P6 experience**

Required

• Graduation from a four-year college or university - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6)
• Minimum of 11 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6) in lieu of a degree
• Expert in project controls principles
• Expertise / Mastery with project management / project controls concepts / computer applications / analytics; employee development; strong collaborative team member; oversight.
• PreferredMasters - business, finance, project management, or equivalent. PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP)

Senior Project Controls Specialist Description

• Lead the development of the reporting systems for project controls assignments
• Perform complex aspects of individual scheduling, change documentation and cost control while reporting up to program or portfolio level as well as trains and teaches other members of PC organization with minimal oversight and wide latitude for unreviewed work
• Expected to have advanced skills using primavera (p6) and have the ability to work independently
• Assigned to high volume of White projects and above classified per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix which typically range from $100M to greater than $500M with a high level of complexity
• Must have experience leading schedule review meetings and work with the project team to obtain information to build / update the project schedule
• May have interactions with individuals of varying levels of maturity in various organizations. Project teams of external Suppliers/Vendors

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements.
  
• Properly select, align and secure work holding. Must be able to improvise setups using common tooling such as risers, angle plates etc.
  
• Monitor and/or develop speed, feed, depth or angle of cut during machining operations.
  
• Must observe machine operation to predict or detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining conditions and adjust machine controls /control media as required.
  
• Verify that all machined details meet print and router specifications, using precision measuring instruments and recording data results. Responsible to ensure first piece inspection is completed for multiple piece runs.
  
• Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of machine and work area on a daily basis.

Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager/Estimator – Industrial Plumbing leads large-scale industrial plumbing projects from concept to completion and manages estimating activities that support project acquisition. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of industrial plumbing projects including installation, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety compliance.
• Act as the main client contact, managing communication and scope changes.
• Review drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals.
• Solicit vendor pricing, perform take-offs, and coordinate bid submissions.
• Mentor and develop project staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with business development on bids and client relationships to support growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7–10 years of industrial plumbing project management experience.
• Proven success delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• PMP certification or Master Plumber License preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, estimating software, and construction management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site, including standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
• Regular travel to job sites and flexibility to meet project deadlines.

Build, maintain, update and communicate a Master Schedule to meet Company’s business goals by creating a structured process which marries planning with execution metrics. It should include current information and company goals while maximizing production efficiency.

• Provide resource projections to support financial decision making.
• Create and maintain production schedule / model to ensure alignment with materials, inventory, production capabilities, labor, and sales demand, including changes.
• Implements production tools for building actual customer demands, Kanbans, prioritizing builds, for expediting and automating transactions per Lean concepts.
• Coordinate input and results with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to achieve production and performance goals.
• Clearly communicate with all involved to ensure the goals are achieved and facilitate problem resolution. This includes actively monitoring for and troubleshooting potential scheduling problems, plus communicating them appropriately.
• Raise, maintain, report, and escalate risks in coordinate with the management and departments to ensure effective and efficient risk management and mitigation processes.
• Follow a documented, detailed, and organized process to update the schedules weekly, using actual and anticipated data and changes.
• Fully utilize data from the ERP system for analysis and be able to present it in clear, concise, and useful terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and sourcing to ensure planning is meeting current and future goals.
• Establish a weekly routine of meeting with all parties involved, including gathering input and communicating useful information. This includes changes in risk for costs, supply chain, timelines, etc.
• Manage the planning team.
