Senior Manager, Manufacturing Test Development - based onsite in Austin, TX or Remote US.
Jabil is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Test Development for our Austin, TX location who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Intelligent Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to developing end customer product solutions.
You will be responsible for managing the technical direction of Rack scale test software and integration development programs through the lens of the customer, factory, and services. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

- Primary technical interface for manufacturing rack test development efforts from concept through delivery.
- Own driving resolution of all issues regarding test solutions aligned with critical path.
- Reviewer and approver of technical risks, and contingency/mitigation plans.
- Can review and provide input to material plans, test plans, test reports, lessons learned.
- Owns preventative actions so gaps in E2E process or capability are addressed long-term.
- Accountable for managing manufacturing technical and quality excursions through indirect coordination and hands-on engineering analysis as it pertains to your test deliverables.
- Provide technical and product subject matter expertise to the factories and customers.
- Lead highly technical and innovative RFI/RFQ responses supporting new strategic and recurring business opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Jabil is seeking a highly experienced and customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure & Rack Integration projects. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and MDCs for hyperscale and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. The Principal Program Manager is a senior position in Program Management responsible for running large complex programs, including contingency planning and issue resolution.What can you expect to do?

- Cross-Functional Team Management : Lead diverse teams across Production Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Care to fulfill infrastructure needs with timely execution and post-sales support.
- Technical Oversight : Coordinate and execute the design, build, and test of various rack configurations, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance standards are met.
- Operational Excellence : Drive continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers. Responsible for program planning and scheduling, including the timing and resources required to deliver upon key milestones / deliverables and the implications from key interdependencies.
What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
- 12-15+ years of experience in program management in rack integration, modular data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven success in customer-facing roles managing large-scale, global programs.
- Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization programs and best practices, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of MDC architecture, rack-level integration, and hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

We are looking for a Principal Thermal Rack Engineer within the Intelligent Infrastructure Segment to drive advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19” and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and global vendors is essential to align thermal architectures with overall system design and international standards.
Lead the end-to-end integration and testing of rack thermal solutions, including liquid cooling systems in varying form factors and product lines.

- Represent ISCaP with the product design teams. Use production expertise to influence and negotiate for design for supply chain.

- Drive improved visibility around transition planning events, especially as they relate to End of Marketing (EOM), End of Sales (EOS) and End of Production (EOP).

The Test Solutions Center (TSC) team within the Hardware Engineering Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products.
