The AIS Power & Cooling team is looking for a results-oriented individual to own New Production Introduction (NPI) and sourcing management for Liquid Cooling Data Center Power & Cooling Equipment. Our NPI Sourcing Managers are experts in their industries who deliver the sourcing and supply chain strategies that helps drive the explosive growth of AWS.

As a member of the Power and Cooling Supply Chain and Procurement Team, you will manage the global New Product Introduction Program Management for one or more of the categories that reside within the Liquid Cooling equipment space supporting AWS Data Center build projects. This role has an important role in ensuring that their respective equipment and suppliers meet the technical and commercial specifications necessary for AWS to satisfy its supplier quality, capacity delivery, and engineering customers' needs.

Drive Amazon PCBA introductions by qualifying and securing multiple sub-tier component sources pre-launch, ensuring supply chain resiliency through validated alternate suppliers while meeting launch timing, cost, and quality objectives.
-Partner with design, manufacturing teams and suppliers to implement robust product/configuration management processes, driving timely qualification of alternate sources to guarantee supply availability at launch.
- Matrix manage team members from across all functions to develop new product plans and sustaining processes. Typical functions to interact with include Global Commodity Managers, Global Supply Managers, Technical PM, SQE, Supply Chain, DFX, Finance, etc.
- Represent ISCaP with the product design teams. Use production expertise to influence and negotiate for design for supply chain.
- Communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders, including team members and executives. Synthesize a multitude of issues into a clear, concise and focused message. Present with confidence and brevity.
- Drive improved visibility around transition planning events, especially as they relate to End of Marketing (EOM), End of Sales (EOS) and End of Production (EOP).

The Test Solutions Center (TSC) team within the Hardware Engineering Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Raytheon is seeking a talented Senior Principal System Security Engineering (SSE) Program Lead - P5. This individual will be responsible for program execution, leading an SSE team, and providing guidance to program-level systems/software/hardware architects. This person will also serve as a direct interface during important reviews, briefings, and technical exchange/demos. Communication and collaboration with the customer as well as with other engineering disciplines is required to ensure the program-level chief engineers and architectures support the program's needs.
