This is a hands-on leadership position with full oversight of Finance, Accounting, IT, Payroll, and Purchasing, along with a seat at the executive table driving key business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role (VP, Director, or Controller ready to step up) within a privately held or closely held company
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean, fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing business decisions

Position: Survey Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (3 days in 2 days remote) North Olmsted, OH 44070

Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 (wide range based on experience)

Must Haves:

• Surveying, civil engineering, or related coursework preferred
• Background in land surveying, civil surveying, or related field
• Experience or exposure to boundary surveying preferred

Day-To-Day:

The Survey Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of survey operations between field crews and the office. This role serves as the primary office contact for field survey teams, ensuring survey work is properly scheduled, communicated, and completed efficiently. The Survey Coordinator processes and reviews field data, generates survey deliverables using Civil 3D, and maintains accurate project records and data integrity.

This position requires a strong working understanding of field survey practices, equipment, and workflows in order to anticipate field needs, resolve coordination issues, and support alignment between field conditions and office requirements. The Survey Coordinator also maintains hands-on knowledge of survey equipment, assists with equipment setup and troubleshooting, and supports training and standardization efforts. Mining Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mine Foreman to oversee daily mining operations and lead miners in a safe, productive, and efficient manner. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and responsible for meeting production targets while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising quarry/mine employees and plant operations in a sand, limestone, clay, and coal surface mine and milling.

• Enforce safety and regulatory requirements

• Assist and organize the work of employees in the daily inspection and maintenance of the plant to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations to maximize production and minimize interruptions

• Plan the daily operation scheduling of plant production to ensure optimal utilization of plant and equipment, personnel and inventory requirements, and work procedures in regard to mining, processing, stockpiling, loading and shipping

• Assist upper management to control costs to meet budgets and reduce costs to achieve savings

What You'll Do

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We enable internal teams to securely build, deploy, and scale AI capabilities across the company—driving innovation, productivity, and customer impact. Our platform supports 100+ large language models across multiple vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, AWS) with 99.99% uptime, serving thousands of employees and dozens of teams.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.

You might also have...

• AI/ML Infrastructure Experience - Working with LLMs, RAG systems, or broader AI/ML infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration - Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Security & Privacy - Experience with secure data handling and privacy frameworks.
• Developer Platform Background - Experience building internal tooling or developer platforms.
• Leadership & Community Engagement - Passion for team building, mentoring engineers, and contributing to open-source initiatives.
