Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Flight Engineering Senior Manager (Level L) to support our Flight Sciences Aerodynamic Performance team based in Everett, Washington.
Position Overview:
As a senior manager, you will manage a talented group of engineers and first-level managers, driving excellence in Aerodynamic Performance which includes teams supporting performance certification, AFM, FMC, performance tools development, fleet support, operational performance, competitive analyses, NAMS and guarantee development . Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Flight Engineering as a BCA Aerodynamic Performance Senior Manager.
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives for Aerodynamic Performance.
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

Position Overview:
The selected individuals will work within Boeing organizations and interface with suppliers to oversee development of Application Specific Integrated Circuits, Field Programmable Gate Arrays and Programmable Logic Device changes, ensure application of best industry and Boeing requirements and assure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Liaison Engineering Organization is seeking Consultant (Level 5) Liaison Engineers to support operations in Everett, Seattle, Auburn, and or Renton Washington . We are looking for a proactive individual who can make prompt engineering decisions and who want to go beyond their desk and into the factory for hands on engineering.
This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills as the candidate will be partnering closely with production personnel. The candidate will be the engineering representative on the factory floor transforming design into reality.
