Salary: $180,000

Enterprise quality leadership role during a major manufacturing scale-up from early production to full capacity End-to-end ownership of manufacturing, product, customer, and supplier quality strategy Highly visible role partnering directly with operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership Opportunity to build and mature quality systems from the ground up in a greenfield environment Long-term growth runway within a global, technology-driven manufacturing platform Job Details Responsibilities Lead and execute the overall quality strategy across manufacturing, warehouse operations, and suppliers Design, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, tools, and processes to support rapid production ramp-up Own customer quality programs including issue resolution, corrective actions, and post-delivery support Oversee product quality across current and future production lines, ensuring readiness as capacity scales Establish and enforce supplier quality standards in partnership with procurement and production teams Work closely with manufacturing leadership to maintain quality performance during aggressive growth timelines Deploy and manage quality inspection resources aligned with production line needs Develop, coach, and optimize quality team performance, workflows, and operating cadence Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality related discipline 10 or more years of manufacturing quality leadership experience Demonstrated success leading quality systems through production ramp and scale environments Strong people leadership and cross functional influence within complex manufacturing operations Deep knowledge of ISO standards and formal quality management systems Preferred Advanced degree or professional quality certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ Experience within automotive, battery, or high volume regulated manufacturing environments Exposure to global supplier quality management and multi site supply chains Interested in hearing more?
