Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, job cost accounting, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, monthly/annual close, and HR
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting packages

Key job responsibilities
* Hire, develop and supervise leads and a large group of highly skilled technicians focused on Kuiper satellite production. Includes annual reviews, career development and managing corrective and disciplinary actions.

A day in the life
The Production Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, enterprise, quality and operations teams on production hardware integration processes and systems. This is a critical role leading the technician team on the production floor.
This position requires a high degree of skill in many areas, including technical leadership, technician development, mechanical assembly, avionics integration, troubleshooting, electrical checkouts and environmental testing. Job Summary:The Production Supervisor II leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. The Production Supervisor II is accountable for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality standards and is responsible for meeting customer demand schedules within established cost goals. Supervision may include the management of employees on more than one shift.
Essential Functions:- Identify and use lean manufacturing tools required to drive improvements and mentor teammates in the use of these tools
- Provide inputs (resource planning, overtime projections, productivity improvements) to management to develop monthly and annual budgets
- Assist Value Stream Managers with required monthly reporting to senior level management

- Ensure timely identification of quality issues through the use of the non-conforming materials process to ensure scrap and rework are properly processed
- Serve as liaison to other groups, product lines and/or functional areas to ensure products are built, assembled, and/or tested within appropriate parameters
- Review the daily allocation of resources in order to drive production schedule to meet established customer requirements
- Make staffing decisions in accordance with human resource procedures to build and grow the team to meet the needs of the business

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. - 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
