Sr. Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA (candidates must already reside in Massachusetts, preferably in the Boston area)
Schedule: 100% onsite at the main office or hospital project sites
Travel:
40–60% travel within approximately one hour of the main office to various hospital project sites. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery including financial management, subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships
- Maintain job site safety through safety planning, JHA approvals, toolbox talks, and site walks
- Manage project budgets and contract delivery types (GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement)
- Ensure contract compliance including insurance, reporting, scheduling, and energy savings requirements

The OTE for this position is $220,000. Reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement, Experience, and Advocacy, the Director of Member Engagement Enablement is responsible for supporting the team’s charter by delivering on the 4th pillar. This person will partner deeply with enterprise technology to help scope, design and build the next generation of our consumer engagement infrastructure, leveraging the insights and needs of the entire MEEA team – especially member engagement programs and consumer research and performance measurement – as well as those of the broader organization to helps us advance our core member engagement-driven strategic imperatives, which includes member navigation.

- Lead the consumer experience and engagement ‘enablement’ strategic portfolio project work project:
- Be the day-to-day business lead for the staged build of our core member engagement operational data platform

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in health-related technology roles, with a strong preference for health plan experience and the deep understanding of health plan core technologies, data structures, formats and uses (for BCBSMA this means working knowledge and/or use of: DAL/CAR, RTMS, EDI, EAH, MSST and Data warehouse

Pecan POS is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our point-of-sale (POS) platform used by hospitality businesses.
You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to improve software quality, reduce regression risk, and support continuous integration and delivery. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API testing
Create and execute automated regression, integration, and end-to-end tests
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
Perform API testing and validate system integrations
Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to quality improvements
Maintain test environments and test data for consistent automation execution
Participate in code reviews and support quality engineering best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in software testing and automation
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
Experience with SQL and database validation
Understanding of Agile development and the software testing lifecycle
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience testing POS systems, fintech platforms, or payment processing systems
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6
