Position Overview
The Vice President, Strategy & Development will work in conjunction with the CRH strategy and development team and lead those efforts in the Great Lakes Division of CRH Americas Materials (AMAT). In this capacity, the Vice President will partner with the Division President, Region, and OpCo Leadership, the AMAT SVP of Strategy & Development, and other members of the senior leadership team on acquisitions, divestitures, growth capex investments, strategic planning and various other strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Lead the end-to-end acquisition process including market analysis and idea generation, strategic fit, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation, integration, and post-closing issue resolution.
- Develop and refine corporate strategy across businesses to ensure that strategy is synthesized in a concise and easy-to-communicate way within all operations and support functions to drive execution at the business level.
- Build rapport and partnership with key leaders internally (operating company leaders and functional leaders) and externally (consultants, investment bankers and other advisors) to execute on AMAT growth plans for the Great Lakes Division.
- Leverage relationships to manage and build pipeline of acquisition targets and major capex projects.
- Perform detailed financial analysis in support of acquisition and capex opportunities, providing clear explanations and well-founded recommendations to executive leadership.
- Regularly interface with AMAT leadership up through the CEO, acting as a thought partner with input on strategy and M&A matters.
- Partner with the other Strategy & Development teams across AMAT to coordinate and align strategic initiatives and M&A strategy and facilitate the acquisition process.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA highly preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or private equity is highly preferred

OhioHealth's Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit is hiring a full-time CT Technologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated individuals in responding to 911 calls specifically to treat stroke patients. The mobile unit is staffed by advanced practice providers, CT techs and paramedics specially trained in stroke care and connects virtually with OhioHealth stroke neurologists during the drive to the hospital. It also has an onboard CT scanner and point-of-care laboratory testing equipment, ensuring that strokes are diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.
For this position, the Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit (MSTU) CT Technologist serves in a specialized clinical and operational role supporting the delivery of advanced stroke care in a mobile environment. In addition to performing high-quality CT imaging, this role serves as a key operational and administrative contributor to the MSTU program.
The MSTU CT Technologist will participate in imaging workflow coordination, quality improvement initiatives, operational readiness, training support, and program development activities. This position works closely with program leadership, neurologists, radiologists, EMS personnel, IT teams, and vendor partners to ensure efficient, safe, and innovative stroke imaging delivery. This role provides a unique opportunity for experienced CT technologists seeking to expand into leadership, program development, and administrative functions within a nationally recognized mobile stroke program.

Job Details Work with vendors, clients and the internal team to determine the piping design needs Responsibilities: Assist in designing and laying out projects under the guidance of a Lead Designer or Engineer.
Proficiently use AutoCAD Plant3D and/or Solid Edge for 3D modeling, utilizing provided Point Cloud 3D scans for engineering packages.
Create equipment layout, piping layout, general arrangement drawings, piping isometrics, and P&ID drawings.
Conduct fieldwork, including walk downs of current systems, locating tie-ins, and taking measurements.
Document detailed field notes that are easily understandable by others.
Design piping systems based on project scope using P&ID's and specifications, adhering to applicable design standards.
Review project parameters related to piping requirements.
Develop preliminary Bills of Materials for piping design.
Office-based work with occasional short-term field assignments.
Qualifications: Associates degree in mechanical/process design with 3-D modeling.
Preferred minimum of 8 years of experience.
Working knowledge of industry-standard drafting practices, good mechanical aptitude, and general knowledge of Piping Engineering.

Description: Job Summary: This role focuses on software development and systems integration within the Autodesk ecosystem, specifically leveraging Autodesk APIs and Fusion Manage workspaces.

The developer will design, implement, and maintain custom solutions that enhance product lifecycle management (PLM) workflows, automate data exchange, and improve user experience across Autodesk platforms.
The role involves typical software development responsibilities, front-end and some back-end work, using tools like Visual Studio and Git.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining applications using Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage APIs,(no prior experience required but a major bonus) and other Autodesk web services.
Creating and customizing Fusion Manage workspaces to support business processes.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and JavaScript.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Managing the software development lifecycle, including version control, testing, deployment, and documentation within a GIT environment.
Ensuring code quality and consistency across platforms and integrations.
Requirements: Solid understanding of Autodesk APIs, Fusion Manage workspace configuration, and PLM concepts.
Proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with experience in web development and RESTful API integration.
Must have experience with Git and Visual Studio and General software engineering responsibilities.
Intermediate technical knowledge with the ability to implement standard procedures and propose workflow improvements.
Capable of solving moderately complex problems independently and contributing to team-based solutions.
Experience working under general supervision with initiative in continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional external engagement.
Ability to train new team members on established procedures and tools.
Top Skills/Experience Java Script REST API GIT Desired Experience: 3 years of software development experience, preferably in a PLM or CAD-integrated environment.
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) development nice to have Prior experience with Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Major Bonus Autodesk Fusion Manage experience.
