We are hiring a Sales Executive – Construction Solutions to drive new business and net-new logo acquisition across the AEC market. This role focuses on Autodesk construction solutions within the Autodesk Forma ecosystem, including capabilities formerly known as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

This is a hunter role for someone who can open doors, generate qualified pipeline, run strong discovery, and close new business by connecting client pain points to software, services, and measurable business outcomes.


Role Summary

The Sales Executive – Construction Solutions is responsible for generating net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and closing new clients for DDSCAD’s construction software and related service offerings.

The role will focus primarily on organizations that can benefit from Autodesk’s construction technology stack, including collaboration, document control, project management, coordination, and connected workflow solutions.

This is not a passive inbound role. We are looking for a proactive, commercially sharp sales professional who is comfortable prospecting into construction and project-delivery environments and who can build credibility with executives, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

●    Build and manage a pipeline of qualified new-logo opportunities focused on construction software solutions and related services

●    Prospect through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, partner relationships, and targeted account development

●    Identify and engage target accounts across general contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, and AEC firms

●    Conduct discovery conversations to understand client workflows, pain points, digital transformation priorities, and business drivers

●    Position DDSCAD’s value across software, implementation, training, advisory, and client success support

●    Lead the sales process from initial outreach through qualification, solution alignment, proposal, negotiation, and close

●    Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and a strong post-sale handoff

What We’re Looking For

●    5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the construction space

Job Description

The Portfolio Maintenance Manager acts on behalf of ownership to oversee the maintenance operations of the entire property portfolio. This role ensures that all property maintenance teams operate efficiently, work orders are completed in a timely manner, preventative maintenance programs are executed, and operational KPIs are met across all assets.


The position serves as the primary liaison between ownership, property management, and maintenance teams, ensuring that maintenance operations align with ownership objectives for cost control, asset preservation, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance operations across all properties within the portfolio.
  • Provide guidance and operational support to on-site maintenance teams.
  • Monitor work order systems to ensure timely response, completion, and proper documentation.
  • Track maintenance KPIs including work order completion times, backlog, preventative maintenance completion, and unit turnover timelines.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance programs are implemented and consistently followed across all properties.
  • Monitor the condition of buildings, infrastructure, amenities, and common areas to ensure proper upkeep and functionality.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors performing maintenance services.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost control.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to evaluate maintenance performance and property conditions.
  • Provide regular reporting to ownership on maintenance operations, property condition, and performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or property management.
  • Strong understanding of building systems maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Experience working with Property Management Systems and maintenance work order platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to track operational performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to property sites as needed.
  • EPA Certification and/or demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is highly preferred but not required.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering team in Medley, FL. This position will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering assistance to all TA facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assets Maintenance
  • Perform periodic inspection and auditing of all TA facilities to review condition and propose any additional inspections, necessary repairs and/or upgrades of existing structures
  • Keep track of any regulatory changes and building codes for all locations of TA operations project related work
  • Provide Structural Engineering support to the Project Management team during design and construction phases of new installations
  • Provide input to Project Managers regarding budget and time schedule preparation of major projects
  • Supervise site and soil survey works to assist in the proper design and engineering of foundations
  • Assist during the permitting and site development phases
  • Ensure code compliance of all new buildings and installations and work with Project Managers to issue all necessary building and occupancy permits
  • Assist in preparation of all necessary scopes of work for all foundation, concrete, steel, and structural works of major projects. Participate in the evaluation process for the selection of the proper design and construction firms
  • Provide supervision during major and critical phases of a project related to Structural Engineering works


Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Structural Engineering is required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Structural Engineering positions preferably in heavy industrial installations
  • Knowledge of Project Management and CAD packages will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of structural design software packages will be considered a plus
  • Professional license in any State will be considered a plus
