As a Rigger with us, you'll ensure all loads and equipment are lifted and set properly, always demonstrating a consistent commitment to safety. You'll uncrate, crate and perform installation and removal of outside rigging assignments as you work as part of crew team or alone to ensure the operations runs smoothly.

Essential Functions

Inspect and secure rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working order
Attach and detach loads with all safety rules and regulations
Communicate and work cooperatively with all job present personnel
Maneuver loads safely through difficult and confined spaces
Work collaboratively with other Riggers on the job site
Reports and escalates all concerns/situations to management immediately
Examine daily and as needed equipment and tools for the job
Fix, monitors, replace and report as needed
Keep up-to-date and willing to comply with all safety standards
Understand and support the project team
Assist with the day-to-day situations in the field
Prepares and communicate reports as needed
Other duties may be assigned depending on business needs

Material handling experience
Valid driver's license and ability to be insured (as needed)
Math skills for calculating load requirements

You'll be the tip of the spear: identifying, prospecting, and closing commercial accounts across Central Texas.
