Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Technical Leadership
- Lead master planning for a 50MW campus optimized for 50kW–100kW+ per rack density

Qualifications:
Experience
- 10+ years in mission-critical data center construction
- 3+ years in leadership delivering projects exceeding 20MW
- Proven experience with high-density compute environments (AI, HPC, crypto, or similar)
- Direct experience implementing liquid cooling infrastructure (required)
Technical Expertise
- Strong command of medium-voltage electrical distribution

Assistant Project Managers assist the project managers in the overall responsibility of the project, including cost estimating, procurement, scheduling, and satisfaction of clients. In addition, the Assistant Project Manager evaluates, coordinates, and distributes information necessary to complete projects on time, within budget, and with quality workmanship. Assistant Project Managers also assist the superintendent team with job site safety and complete weekly safety audits and observations.

The Role
The Integration Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex data center projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the integration of technical infrastructure systems and ensuring they are delivered, tested, and operational in line with project milestones.
Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams, the Integration Manager ensures all systems and stakeholders are aligned from early project phases through to handover and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Infrastructure Coordination
- Lead coordination and delivery of key technical infrastructure systems across data center projects.
- Oversee integration of multiple systems including telecoms, security, facility networks, and operational platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar integration, technical program, or project delivery role.

The Role:
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for review of mechanical bid tabs as well as exhibit B in contract
- Responsible for interviewing and selecting sub-contractors for each project
- Responsible for day-to-day management of MEP sub-contractors
- Responsible for reviewing and approval of MEP monthly requisitions
- Responsible for reviewing and approval of MEP change orders
- Responsible for site walks to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, including schedule updates

- Coordinate multi trade portions of the project; example - curtain wall with security, electrical and door hardware
- Develop and monitor equipment delivery logs, organize submittal process for long lead items first
- Attend weekly owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, coordination meeting and field meetings
- Obtain approval/sign off from any and all AHJs
- Work with retail and/or tenant fit out where applicable
- Develop work lists, and complete MEP punch list
- Coordinate owner training and turnover
- Work with all public utility companies to ensure project requirements are met. Including temporary electrical, steam, and natural gas
- Coordinate and direct as needed all parties to successfully complete life safety inspections
- Coordinate between trades and documents; electrical requirements for mechanical are correct. Light power match electrical drawings etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (technical/engineering degree) Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire protection
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems
- Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong computer skills are required i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications
- Complete understanding of BIM/VDC coordination including various hit detection programs
- Knowledge of Local, City, State, and International building codes for the location of the project

Role Overview
Bilingual Senior Project Manager (Spanish Required)
One hire must be fully bilingual (near-native Spanish & English) and will lead significant consolidation initiatives in Mexico, including plant combinations, regulatory/permitting coordination, workforce transitions, and operational ramp-ups.
This individual will interact with government officials and executive leadership and must operate confidently in politically sensitive environments.
Senior Project Manager – North America Focus
Leading U.S.-based initiatives including:
- Plant closures & consolidations
- CapEx projects
- Equipment decommissioning/commissioning
- Asset transfer & reclamation
- Greenfield & brownfield operations
Both roles may manage 3–4 projects simultaneously and require strong executive presence combined with hands-on plant engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years of Project Management experience in industrial manufacturing
- Experience managing large, complex projects ($1M–$35M)
- Background in plant shutdowns, asset transfers, commissioning, M&A integration
- Exposure to regulatory, environmental, workforce, and real estate complexity
- Ability to operate at both plant floor and executive levels
- Preferred backgrounds: automotive, metal forming/welding/fabrication, plastics (injection molding 200–400 ton, blow molding), or heavy industrial environments.
