Department Information
The College of Computing was established in 1990 as the first such College at a public university and the second in the United States. Since that time, the college has grown into a world-class leader in research and education. The graduate CS program is currently ranked 6th and the undergraduate 5th nationally by U.S. News and World Report. The College consists of five Schools that provide specialized and general computing education to the entire campus. With over 16-degree programs, including its world-renowned online MS in CS, we believe the College to be the largest Computing unit in the United States and, as such, one of the largest producers of computationalist at all levels and of all demographic backgrounds. The College is a part of the Georgia Institute of Technology, a unit of the University System of Georgia and is primarily located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia.
Job Summary
Act as the primary administrative support for a school Chair providing office related services including correspondence and report preparation, maintaining files, meeting arrangements and related functions. May be responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Chair and Associate Chairs, Dean, School faculty members and staff, students and visitors. This position typically will advise and counsel.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements and plan events.

May coordinate recurring administrative processes in support of the chair which may include administrative aspects of re-appointments, promotions and tenure, etc.

Prepare correspondence and reports; may assist in collecting statistical data, conduct analyses, report preparation and presentations.

Maintain office filing system.

Make travel arrangements and process travel-related reimbursements.

Process HR paperwork for research faculty new hires and department affiliates; immigration paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrative support to the Chair, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining files, and coordinating meetings.
- Oversee PCard transactions: order supplies, process registrations, and fulfill approved requests for faculty, staff, and students. Ensure all required documentation is submitted and purchases are accurately tracked.
- Plan and coordinate departmental events, including travel arrangements, venue reservations, catering, and equipment needs for both on- and off-campus functions.
- Support faculty recruitment by initiating the interview process and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Manage the faculty annual review process to ensure compliance with institute requirements.
- Interpret and communicate administrative policies; develop and refine internal procedures in alignment with institute guidelines.
- Utilize the PROMOTE system to manage academic promotion, tenure, research faculty promotion, and critical review processes on behalf of the Chair.
- Coordinate unit purchasing activities, including preparing documentation, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Review and approve correspondence, OneUSG, and Workday transactions on behalf of the Chair.
- Certify monthly time reporting for faculty and staff.
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Chairs as needed.
- Maintain departmental listservs, phone directories, and file systems.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of faculty and staff.
- Respond to emails and manage the Chair's inbox and calendar.
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements).

Job Summary
The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions. Appointments can be made at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor ranks, commensurate with the individual's record. Applicants from all research areas relevant to the discipline will be considered.
Candidates are also expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.
ISyE faculty are expected to lead independent research at the cutting edge of their field and build a strong sponsored-research program. In addition, they are expected to contribute to both undergraduate and graduate teaching, as well as service to the school, institute, and profession.
Required Qualifications
An earned doctorate in Industrial Engineering or related field is required by the start of the appointment.
Preferred Qualifications

Job Summary
The School of Psychology ( /) at the Georgia Institute of Technology ( ) in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the broad area of Applied Psychological Science. Applicants will be considered at all ranks. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.
We are interested in candidates whose research can complement and extend applied psychological science (i.e., I-O and Engineering Psychology). Therefore, we not only welcome applicants conducting traditional research (e.g., well-being, leadership, training, user interfaces and user experience, ergonomics, human-system integration) and emerging research (e.g., AI-based selection, human-AI-robot teaming) in these fields, but we also encourage applications from those working at the intersection of related fields (e.g., affective computing, labor economics, mobility and transportation, workspace design, assistive technology, public policy). Our goal is to attract innovative scholars who can contribute to and expand the distinct research landscape at Georgia Tech.

Required Qualifications
The position requires a PhD in psychology (e.g., Industrial-Organizational, Engineering Psychology, Human Factors) or a related field (e.g., Organizational Science, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Behavioral/Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Public Health, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology of Work, Labor Economics, Social and Decision Sciences, or another applied field).
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a strong record of academic accomplishments commensurate with current academic rank.
- Show a demonstrated ability or potential to secure external research funding.
- Possess the knowledge, skills, ability, and motivation to build interdisciplinary collaborations within and beyond the Institute.

The successful candidate will be named Hightower Chair and Georgia Research Alliance (GRA) Eminent Scholar, an endowed position. GRA eminent scholars are expected to engage in translational and/or economic development efforts in their field. Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Appointment is expected at the rank of full professor with tenure.
The school seeks a visionary scholar-educator and proven leader in high impact and emerging areas of importance to society, sustainability and the environment. A non-exhaustive list of related topics in the School's current research portfolio include smart cities, sustainable systems, healthy communities, resilient infrastructure systems, global warming, disaster management, renewable energy, ecosystem services, and water-energy-food-environment nexus. We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design , NESC application , clearance assessment , pole loading analysis , and construction package development . Useful design platforms include DDS , Katapult , O-Calc , GIS , MicroStation , AutoCAD , or client-specific drafting systems.

Core Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive Quality leadership experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- 4+ years of leading inspection and auditing for quality teams
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Formal training or certification in Quality Systems management
The successful candidate will lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions within an aerospace manufacturing environment, with accountability for quality systems, compliance, inspections, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures robust execution of AS9100-compliant quality systems, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the primary quality interface with aerospace customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control organizations.
- Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and aerospace customer standards.
- Lead internal and external audit programs, CAPA execution, and root cause analysis.
- Serve as the primary quality interface with aerospace customers, managing scorecards, audits, escalations, and performance reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Program teams to ensure quality is embedded from design through delivery.

Position Overview
The Account Manager role is a full-desk position responsible for business development, client management, and recruiting support within the Atlanta and broader Georgia market. This individual will manage and grow established accounts while also developing new client relationships and supporting recruiting efforts to ensure successful delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships, understands technical or professional staffing, and is comfortable balancing sales, account management, and recruiting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Account Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including GDOT and other public-sector or industrial clients
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and program leadership
- Manage ongoing staffing needs, workforce planning, and performance expectations
- Identify opportunities to expand scope, add roles, or support additional programs within existing accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and check-ins to ensure satisfaction and alignment
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the Atlanta and broader Georgia market
- Develop targeted outreach strategies focused on engineering, infrastructure, industrial, and technical staffing needs
- Collaborate with internal leadership on proposals, pricing, and contract support
- Represent ResourceTek professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Recruiting & Talent Delivery Support
- Partner closely with recruiters to define job requirements and staffing strategies
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client presentation as needed
- Maintain candidate and consultant relationships to support retention and redeployment
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for placed consultants
Operational & Administrative Support
- Support contract administration, compliance, and reporting requirements (including public-sector programs)
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and margin discipline
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in technical staffing, professional services, or related B2B roles
- Experience in a full-desk or blended account management/recruiting role preferred
- Familiarity with public-sector, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial clients is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with business development, client meetings, and consultative selling
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
