Within our Corporate Supply Chain and Procurement team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Analyst to help centralize and strengthen how indirect procurement purchase orders are created and managed across the business. This role starts hands-on, supporting day-to-day PO execution, and grows into shaping a clearer, more consistent purchasing approach for our plants. What You’ll Do:

  • Create and manage purchase orders and change orders for indirect spend using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for indirect PO intake, clarifying requests and routing work efficiently.
  • Build a centralized approach to indirect PO creation that reduces duplication and confusion.
  • Partner with IT to define purchasing workflows that are practical, scalable, and easy to adopt.
  • Document purchasing processes and prepare clear guidance for plant teams.
  • Roll out standardized PO practices to plants, supporting training and early adoption.
  • Monitor purchasing activity to ensure alignment with approved processes and documentation standards.
  • Support resolution of PO, invoice, and payment issues in partnership with Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data, including pricing, vendors, and contracts within SAP.
  • Provide visibility into purchasing activity to procurement leaders as processes mature.
  • Track indirect PO activity and cycle times to identify gaps, delays, and rework in the process.
  • Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining clear documentation for purchasing transactions and approvals.


You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or purchase-to-pay execution.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA tools that support indirect purchasing and purchase-to-pay execution (e.g., PO creation, change orders, pricing updates, invoice issue resolution).
  • Direct experience performing transactional purchasing work, not system configuration or technical SAP development.

EdgeCore is seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to join its high-performing and growing Procurement team. This position will report directly to the Director of Procurement and will perform procurement and sourcing analysis, tactical buying, contract management and supplier management across the company. Position Overview:

The Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager will be a key part of working with the project team to manage various projects at the Denver International Airport. We are seeking a skilled individual to join the CTI team and support the Program Management Team (PMT) to successfully process construction documents, perform field inspections, work closely with CM/GC construction team and be a proactive team player.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform project management related activities from design, through construction and close out to successfully complete projects on time, under budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager and project team to complete project related assignments and successfully manage the project.
  • Maintain organized and detailed files, project records, and logs.
  • Attend project meetings and document results and assignments as required.
  • Review and track project documents to include submittals, RFIs, reports, inspections, etc.
  • Perform site inspections as required to document the status and completion of work.
  • Review and assemble appropriate information and reports as needed.
  • Review and summarize quality control and project completion field reports.
  • Coordinate project activities as required with construction and DEN operational staff.


Requirements:

  • Experience working in construction and working in a team-orientated environment with multiple stakeholders.

Customer Service Support Supervisor

The Customer Support Service Supervisor is responsible for the independent oversight of all dispatch operations within their assigned service team, territory, or region. Acting as the primary point of contact within the Service Coordination group, the Supervisor ensures seamless communication among customers, technicians, and management, while delivering timely and efficient customer service. This role serves as both a subject matter expert in Customer Support Services Team (CSST) processes and a trainer/mentor for Service Coordinators and administrative staff. With minimal direct oversight, the Supervisor exercises sound judgment and decision-making authority to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure adherence to service and company standards.


Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

Supervision & Leadership

  • Serve as the direct line of support for Service Coordinators/Administrative Assistants within the region.
  • Monitor, train, and mentor Service Coordinators, ensuring clear understanding of processes, compliance, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and routine one-on-ones with assigned team members.

  • Monitor ongoing service work assignments and technician locations through active communication.
  • Receive and process incoming customer service requests; make rapid decisions to route calls appropriately.
  • Act as point of escalation for complex service issues or customer concerns.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify service trends and efficiency opportunities.
  • Manage weekly payroll and timekeeping for assigned technicians, acting as back up to the Service Coordinators as needed.

  • Partner with the Sales department by providing insights into service capabilities, scheduling considerations, and resource requirements to support customer proposals and service agreements.
  • Attend site walks for new service agreements; meet directly with customers to gather and verify accurate billing information, site details, and key contact information.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs from the pre-sales process to active service delivery, helping establish realistic customer expectations and seamless onboarding.

Process Improvement & Development

  • Regularly evaluate customer support and operations processes; recommend enhancement opportunities to the department director.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, service software applications, and workflow optimization strategies.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • General courses in accounting preferred.


Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service-related role with exposure to operations or accounting administration.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher.
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology required.
  • In-depth understanding of dispatch center operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with service software systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Access and accounting platforms preferred

  • The range for this position has been established at $72,000 to $101,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering - Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

Position Overview:

The Lead Mechanical Estimator is responsible for managing and guiding the estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive, and comprehensive proposal packages for client turnover. This role oversees estimates for projects up to $50M, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient execution strategies. The Lead Estimator will mentor junior estimators, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide strategic input during pre-construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Estimation:

  • Lead preparation of detailed estimates for projects up to $50MM, considering complexity and self-performance scope.
  • Validate quantity take-offs and ensure accurate input into estimating software.

Technical Expertise:
