The Manager - Software Quality Engineering is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met on all materials coming into the warehouse and all products going to customers. This position plays a critical role in establishing and ensuring adherence to shop quality standards, procedures, techniques and continuous improvement. The LQAC works directly with internal and external suppliers, QACs at other facilities and corporate QA personnel. They are also a key driver of resourcing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and participating in continuous process improvement/lean manufacturing project initiatives. Attendance, as scheduled, is an essential function of this job.
Major Activities
- Develops, implements, communicates and maintains the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Formulates and manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QMS and ensure that the established objectives are communicated to all team members and that advances or declines in achieving those goals are also regularly reported.
- Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Setup Parameters. Organizes documents into an easy to use and fast retrieval system so team members can find procedures quickly and conform to requirements.
- Explains quality process compliance to others using a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form to help others understand, follow and conform to established best practices. Conducts root cause analysis as needed.
- Serves as the company’s liaison to assembly plant peers (QACs) and ensures the execution of corrective action and compliance with company specifications.
- Participates in weekly sourcing team and CAF staff meetings.
- Notifies production leadership and GM immediately of nonconformity.
- Prepares and presents a quarterly quality report for leadership team review. Obtains feedback from team member meetings and other such interactions and incorporates the action in moving the quality program forward.
- Maintains master control samples and step samples in a clean and protected environment.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with assembly plant peers and all internal manufacturing team members and managers.
- Cross-trains into other positions and provides support to other production teams and functions as needed.

Engagement Description –
The Case Manager RN leads the coordination of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic, person centric care management program to a diverse health plan population with a variety of health and social needs. 2. Use the case management process to assess, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate care plans designed to optimize the members' health across the care continuum.
3. Assess the member's health, psychosocial needs, cultural preferences, and support systems.
4. Engage the member and/or caregiver to develop an individualized plan of care, address barriers, identify gaps in care, and promotes improved overall health outcomes.
5. Arrange resources necessary to meet identified needs (e.g., community resources, mental health services, substance abuse services, financial support services and disease-specific services).
6. Coordinate care delivery and support among member support systems, including providers, community-based agencies, and family.

Maintain accurate architectural documentation, including roadmaps, diagrams, functional specifications, and integration models.

Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (minimum required).
5 years of experience as a Solution Architect with financial systems.
Proven experience architecting solutions in enterprise finance and/or supply chain environments.
Deep knowledge of financial systems (e.g., OneStream, SAP cFIN (Central Finance), or similar platforms).
Familiarity with SAP finance and supply chain modules.
Strong understanding of systems integration, data flows, and enterprise application ecosystems.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.

How will you make an impact?
The Lead Electrical CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed model designs, modifying existing designs, and working collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet product specifications. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of various electrical design tools, is detail-oriented, and can effectively communicate design ideas. A strong understanding of Electrical design principles, manufacturing processes, power distribution, automation control (PLC), and electronic device parts are critical. What will you do?
- Creating 2D and 3D models of electrical systems, particularly for complex projects or when visualization is needed

We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.
