You will play a multifaceted role and be the main Point of Contact (POC) for a contract's full range of IT and cybersecurity services and deliverables. • Eight (8) or more years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government
• Five (5) or more years managing and leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies
• PMP certification
• Managed a team of 40+ IT professionals
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes
• Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle development standards and best practices for quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Compensation Information:

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages.
