We are seeking a Drafter to join our Engineering Department working out of our Denton, TX office. This role will be responsible for processing rack sales orders by providing technical support within our Technical Department. The Drafter will help create detailed technical drawings, based on customer specifications, to be approved to send to production along with making quotes, helping with calculations, and other tasks in the department.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and installation drawings for storage rack projects.
• Create bills of material for proposals and orders.
• Prepare design calculations and layouts.
• Prepare fabrication and installation drawings.
• Prepare production drawings to be sent to distributors for final approval.
• Enter accurate information into the system (BPT) to create part numbers for frames/beams/accessories/etc., assuring it corresponds with production drawings and bills of material.
• Other duties as required.

Minimum requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Applied Science, Drafting, or related technical degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of previous related experience.
• Experience working with AutoCAD.
• Ability and willingness to work in-office 100% at our office in Denton, TX.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and enforce material flow and traceability in a warehousing environment using scanning technology and visual management
• Maintain accurate inventories and inventory control using techniques such as min-max and cycle count processes
• Skilled in materials flow process development
• Resolve material shortages, overflow situations, and discrepant records effectively by root-cause analysis and then document continuous improvement
• Skilled in continuous improvement, Kaizen, Gemba, root cause analysis and layered audits
• Perform layered audits and drive open items to closure
• Train material staff ranging from clerks to supervisors

• Establish/maintain effective KPI's, monitor performance and initiate improvement opportunities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in (3PL) Third Party Services (contract logistics)
• Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain Model (i.e., Part Sequencing, Sub Assembly, HIGH VOLUME KITTING, Logistics, Warehousing, and Material handling)
• Meet KPI/Metrics to include managing inventory finish goods on hand, performing weekly audits of inventory and ensuring lot location accuracy
• Lean material management principles focused on reducing waste and standardizing processes
• Demonstrated success in supply chain and logistics process improvement activities
• Understand the lean principles of material pull systems to support customer requirements
• Exceptional customer interfacing skills
• Information Technology - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Experience with material management features or modules in SAP would be an advantage
• Materials systems EXPERT (with multiple systems)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow up skills
• Proven skill in using data to make fact-based decisions and drive business cases approvals.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Material Management or Engineering required.
• APICS, CPIM, and Six Sigma certifications are an advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years Warehousing, Logistics and/or 3PL experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Work experience in Automotive is highly preferred
• Co-Operative Education experience with a Third-Party Logistics provider is desirable

• Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting
• Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production
• Adhere to customer (Internal and External) volumes, timelines and expectations
• Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate catalog drawings from existing and new products for production and Quality Control
• Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for existing/new products as needed for sales staff and special drawings for plant projects as needed
• Update/maintain digital database, i.e. Autodesk vault, cloud server, hard-copies and engineering documents
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor
• High school diploma or equivalent required/Associates Degree preferred
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches, construction, and civil plans
• Ability to review and understand contract drawings and specifications
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must be detail orientated and able to handle several projects at once with minimum help or guidelines from department from start to finish

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

You might also have...

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.

• AI/ML Infrastructure Experience - Working with LLMs, RAG systems, or broader AI/ML infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration - Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
