Factory / Plant Manager – Job Summary
The Factory/Plant Manager is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will contribute to the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product portfolios, working closely with the sales organization to increase product demand and drive sales. Responsibilities will include:

Job requirements and skills:

- 7+ years of related experience in product management / animal health / medical device marketing, with experience in capital marketing, and demonstrated success in launching new products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions.
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with all levels with an organization.
- Must be organized, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills; attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools a plus.

Description:
Complete engine calibration in accordance with procedures to meet regulations and other performance targets (emission, fuel economy, power, drivability and OBD)
- Prepare and manage calibration and resource schedule to meet development deadlines
- Test preparation, data collection, data analysis, and technical report creation on a regular basis

- Conduct vehicle testing and development under extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, high altitude)

- Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.

- Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
- Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.

Your experience should include...
- 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
- Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
- Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
- Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
- Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.
In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

- A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
- A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
- 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
