Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with monthly full-cycle accounting experience with entering J/E's, Bank Reconciliations, accruals, detecting trend changes, etc.
Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation Proven ability to perform budget-to-actual analysis and explain financial variances Preferred: Experience in project-based, construction, or development accounting environments Exposure to cost tracking, project budgeting, or funding/draw processes Experience working with accounting or project management software Familiarity with audit support or compliance-driven reporting Interested in hearing more?
