Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to advise clients
- Develop litigation and discovery strategies to support claims
- Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Position Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Experience in litigation and Criminal Law
- 1+ year Experience with Criminal Law required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
