The Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Department in Tucson, AZ is a multi-discipline organization responsible for designing, building and integrating state of the art testing environments (flight simulators for missiles), as the last step before flight test.  On our team, you will work with weapon system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles to the warfighter.

This position is within the Effectors Center of the HWIL organization, and is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ

What You Will Do

• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop software to control Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities (flight simulators for missiles).

• Software design, coding and integration in a real-time environment.

• Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a  minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with software development in C++, using the object-oriented features.

• Active and transferrable final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience contributing to the design, development and/or integration of the test equipment and/or hardware (software that controls complicated hardware systems)

• Strong organization, coordination, planning, teaming skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.

• Performs the set up and prove-in of complex precision production hardware and potential pre-production engineering hardware with the UPMF (Ultra Precision Machine Fabrication).
• Produce products out of materials ranging from standard to exotic utilizing all types of CNC (computer numerically controlled) and conventional machines.
• Determines the functional adequacy and efficiency of machines and tooling to fabricate parts to defined specifications.
• Troubleshoots programs, tooling, and machines.
• Applies a comprehensive knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and the applicable use of SIE (Standard Inspection Equipment) to maintain integrity of conformance to part tolerances during fabrication.
• Provide necessary show floor assistance to the Production Machine Operators in maintaining machine operational efficiencies.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum of three (3) years performing the set up and operation of CNC machinery.
• Experience operating a variety of CNC machinery, both mills and lathes performing production setups and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and its application to blueprint reading.
• Must have experience using inspection equipment to include ID/OD micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, mobile inspection station, thread gauges, plug gauges, air gauges, and optical comparator.
• Must pass qualifying and/or practical test.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
• Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

• Integrate SOAR workflows with existing EDR, SIEM, and other critical platforms to enhance visibility and rapid response capabilities.

• Monitor all platforms for security incidents, leveraging SOAR for rapid, orchestrated response.
• Lead and support incident response efforts-from identification and analysis to containment, eradication, and recovery-with a focus on safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and ensuring minimal impact to patient care.
• Analyze logs, forensic data, and network traffic across a complex healthcare IT environment.
• Develop and tune SIEM correlation rules, alerts, and integrated SOAR workflows to detect and respond to threats.
• Serve as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, responding rapidly to incidents and escalations as they arise, including after-hours and weekends.
• Ensure incident handling and SOAR-driven automation align with HIPAA and all relevant regulations; participate in incident debriefs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, compliance, and third-party vendors to assess risk and remediate vulnerabilities across critical systems and devices.
• Document incident response and SOAR automation actions in detail, maintaining records for legal, compliance, and audit purposes.
• Participate in healthcare-specific threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and security exercises to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging cyber threats, SOAR technologies, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes that could impact healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of sales management and business development experience in an automotive industry or/and in chemical/plastic materials. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Remote Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Identify new business development opportunities, and establish relationships with potential customers within assigned sales territory
• Work with customers to determine appropriate solutions to their needs, assist with new product applications, and answer questions and requests for information regarding product details, issues, etc.
• Create price quotations and negotiate price / costs with customers
• Secure product orders and follow up on tracking and delivery
• Developing sales strategies with other sales members
• Collaboration with accounting departments to address any issues on account receivable
• Visit existing customers and potential new clients to receive potential sales and monitor any future projects and product problems
• Market research and analysis
