Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of a variety of agricultural, lawn maintenance and construction equipment.

This technician may be required to go out into the field and service equipment.

Candidate will be required to demonstrate a variety of skills from basic mechanical to complex technical diagnostics of modern computerized systems.

Must be able to provide own basic tool kit.

Must be able to navigate product support software, computer programs for work order maintenance and write reports for customers invoicing.

Will be required to exercise good customer relations and handle customer complaints as well as maintain working relationship with fellow employees.

Must always follow safety practices.

Job Qualifications: Experience working on equipment; preferable in Agricultural, Lawn maintenance or Construction Valid Florida Driver’s License Mechanical knowledge, preferably z-tracks to 2 Stroke equipment.

A well-established commercial design-build General Contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager to join their team in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for someone with a strong estimating foundation who can also lead the preconstruction process and transition seamlessly into operations support.


You will play a key role in leading the front-end of projects, coordinating with ownership, architects, and trade partners while ensuring accurate budgeting, constructability, and procurement strategy.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with company leadership and have a direct impact on how projects are planned, priced, and executed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or project management with a commercial general contractor.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Working knowledge of construction operations and project delivery.
