Project Manager – Valcourt Building Services (Florida)
Location: Fort Meyers, Florida | Industry: Commercial Construction / Restoration
OTE: $130,000
Valcourt Building Services — a national leader in building restoration, waterproofing, and exterior maintenance — is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Florida team.
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused construction professional who can lead projects, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple commercial restoration and waterproofing projects from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve project execution and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and related software.
- PMP certification or bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
