Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a high-profile data center project. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of data center construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight for day-to-day compliance with air, wastewater, water and storm water permits, plans, regulations.
• Interpret environmental laws and permit requirements, and stay up to date on the changing/new regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate reporting and recordkeeping requirements for permit compliance and corporate sustainability data tracking requirements.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for submission to local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance programs to ensure environment regulatory compliance is achieved in a cost-effective manner that also effectively manages environmental risks.
• Support the adherence to environmental initiatives.
• Oversee the development of findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to mitigate EHS hazards.
• Perform technical analysis of process data as related to air and water emissions.
• Apply for permits and maintain a schedule for renewals, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Science, or related field. (minimum of 5 years of Environmental Science).
• 4+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing facility.
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations with regard to Air Quality, Wastewater, Storm Water, Solid and Hazardous Waste Management.
• Experience with MSHA/OSHA, a plus.
• 50% travel to start, 25% after acclimation to sites.

The Lineworker Instructor will conduct a wide range of high voltage, electric power line technician training courses as well as general and technical safety classes for the Electrical Power Program. Through hands-on classroom and field training, the Instructor will utilize skill and knowledge of adult learning theories and learning styles to maximize learner success and ensure overall effectiveness of the course instruction. This position will use a variety of media to present course material to lead participants to succeed in completing course objectives. The Instructor will build positive customer relationships to promote and build the program. Must be skilled and qualified in most aspects of electric power distribution system construction and maintenance in both an aerial and underground environment, and have experience in a live (i.e., high voltage) environment using both live line tools and rubber gloving techniques.

This position will report to the Training Coordinator.

Qualifications of the Role:

• High School Diploma
• Four years of experience as a journeyman level lineman.
• One year of adult education or training experience, which may include on-the-job training.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

• Ensures the development and execution of project automation plan, environmental compliance plan, safety plan, site survey plan, non-manual staffing plan, subcontracting plan, labor strategy, construction execution plan, and job-site work rules.

• 20-25 years of relevant experience, with progressive responsibility and technical knowledge both scope and value of project.
• Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
• Utility relocates and slope stability works.
• Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
• Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.
• Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground.
• Full understanding and managing of all LOTO procedure's and FOD inspections for all systems.
• Ability to research and understand local codes and jurisdictional requirements for the project.
• Knowledge of project-specific environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience with successful interface management on Data Center/Mission Critical projects.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.

As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and associated construction scopes for Clayco projects. In this role you will provide on-site supervision and quality control for field operations and onsite management of design/build construction projects. The person in this role also reviews documents, responds to scope modification evaluations during construction, and works to complete Clayco projects with respect to Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost objectives. The Superintendent will observe work in the field and compares to drawings to ensure installations are in accordance with drawings and specifications. You will work closely with clients and as part of a team to provide the best solutions on design-build projects valued anywhere from a $20 million to over $200 million.

The Role We Want You For

As a Project Manager with SEI, you will be based on the construction project site. The Role We Want You For

The Senior Project Engineer will be based on the construction project site and will provide high level support to the project staff to ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion. These phases include: Scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, the handling of owner coordination, construction quality oversight, and project closeout. You may run smaller projects on your own, mentor Project Engineers, Summer Construction Interns, and take on the additional responsibilities to become a Project Manager.

The Specifics of the Role

• Participate with project team and preconstruction services in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Assist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors.
• Maintain understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract.
• Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process.
• Assist in generation of project costs and Job Cost Report.
• Contribute to the analyzing and forecast of quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
• Monitor and record training of all staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor.
• Report and track equipment needs.
• Assist preconstruction services in bidding projects.
• Implement applicable safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs.
• Participate in the project’s quality process.
• Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.

As a Project Director, you will be based on the construction project site and provide leadership on projects as the "single point of contact" for the owner, design department, and the project staff. Ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion and deliver the best solutions on projects valued anywhere from a $60 million to over $250 million. At Clayco, The Project Director will work with marketing, pre-construction services, business unit leaders, and mentoring Project Managers and Engineers and have overall responsibility for these projects.
