This is a permanent position that requires a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and extensive experience with PCB and PCBA.
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality control processes, ensuring that our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: 1.
Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
2.
Set and maintain standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
3.
Ensure that all products meet the necessary quality standards and specifications.
4.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
5.
Lead and manage the Quality Control team, providing training and development as necessary.
6.
Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
7.
Manage and maintain our ISO 9001 accreditation, ensuring that all processes and procedures are up-to-date and comply with the standard.
8.
Oversee the testing of all PCB and PCBA before they are sent out to customers.
9.
Implement corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
10.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the Manufacturing industry.
2.
Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and a proven track record of maintaining compliance with these standards.
3.
Strong experience with PCB and PCBA, including testing and troubleshooting.
4.
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
5.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
10.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Faris Machinery is seeking a Customer Solutions Leader to own the customer experience and drive disciplined execution across our service operation in Colorado Springs. This is a senior, hands-on service role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customers, technicians, parts, and leadership—and who takes pride in keeping work moving efficiently while delivering best-in-class service.

What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact from first call through job completion
- Set clear expectations on scope, timing, and cost—and proactively communicate changes
- Translate customer concerns into actionable repair plans and technical findings into clear, customer-friendly language
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust, follow-up, and responsiveness
- Drive parts and service revenue while protecting margins through accurate estimating and scope control
Service Coordination & Workflow Leadership
- Own daily service workflow, work-in-process (WIP), and job prioritization
- Coordinate closely with technicians, parts, and shop leadership to keep work moving
- Monitor estimate aging and approval cycle times; intervene to prevent stalled jobs
- Balance customer urgency, shop capacity, and business priorities
- Reprioritize work and escalate issues to protect customer commitments and shop efficiency
Shop & Process Oversight
- Provide day-to-day functional leadership over service execution standards
- Reinforce best practices for communication, documentation, and estimating
- Support technicians and service staff with guidance and escalation support
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with leadership to improve processes
Administrative & Systems Excellence
- Ensure work orders, estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation are accurate and timely
- Maintain clean, current records in the service management system
- Support customer-pay, internal, and warranty work per company standards
- Pitch in across branch responsibilities as needed to meet customer and business needs
What We’re Looking For
Required / Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or service technician
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise gained through extensive heavy equipment service, diagnostics, and field experience
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment systems, repair processes, and service operations
- Proven ability to translate technical issues into clear, customer-facing explanations
- Experience working closely with technicians, parts teams, and service leadership

- Healthy service workflow with minimal aging or bottlenecks
- Accurate estimates and billing with minimal disputes or rework
- Proactive, consistent communication throughout the service lifecycle
