This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage all aspects of millwork engineering.

The successful candidate will oversee all millwork projects from initial drafting to final execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a deep understanding of millwork, drafting, AutoCAD, Estwood, drawings, Solidworks, woodwork, and Auto Cad.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1.

Manage and oversee all millwork projects from initial concept to final execution.

2.

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

3.

Review and approve all millwork drawings and designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.

4.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

5.

Utilize advanced drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Estwood to create detailed and accurate millwork designs.

6.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and draftsmen, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

7.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

8.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in millwork engineering, preferably in the construction industry.

3.

Proficiency in drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Estwood.

4.

Expertise in woodwork and millwork design and fabrication.

Qualified to perform field inspections of cable/fiber placement and/or cable fiber splicing and/or construction work, completed in-home fiber broadband installations, buried service wire and distributions facilities repair, data preparation and documentation in reporting field results.

Includes knowledge of proper fiber broadband FTTP installation and ONT and Wi-Fi activation quality standards, GPON & XGS testing & turn-up requirements, BSW placement standards, fiber feeder and distribution fault isolation, troubleshooting and damage set-up and restoral procedures.


Knowledge of practices of customer service upon inspection is valuable. Should also have computer skills to include, but not limited to, email, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft Excel.


Pay Range: $40/HR depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
