** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Document Control Tech Aide to fill a one-year contract assignment in the Forest Park, GA area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Job Title: Document Control Tech Aide 2 Work Location: Forest Park, GA Assignment Duration: Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, the timeframe could range from 3 – 12 months and could extend past the initial timeframe.

Experience: Requirement: 3- 7 years of experience with familiarity in engineering records.

Proficient in MS Office Suite Products, such as Outlook and Excel.

Skilled in organizing engineering drawings within a file room.

Have a foundational understanding of records management practices.

Primary Responsibilities: · This role focuses on organizing hard copies of engineering documents · Conduct highly detailed research using the current document management systems, ensuring precise data entry and accurate documentation · Regularly collaborate with engineering design groups, document control teams, and records management staff for guidance · Responsible for maintaining personal timekeeping using the company’s timekeeping system · Organizing · Researching · Digital vs hardcopy comparison · Boxing of the engineering files · Data entry · Lifting and relocating boxes weighing up to 30 lbs · A possibility of occasional climbing using a small step ladder or stool to access higher shelving Is this position supporting a government-related project?
