PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Manages and performs regional service center activities, including maintaining regional inventory and work order management systems, coordinating transportation logistics of large maintenance activities, supporting regional management site teams in daily tasks, and maintaining the regional inventory counts with execution of field maintenance activities.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Region and Site work order management executer. Responsible to, maintain, improve, and develop procedures changes the inventory and tool management systems.
  • Is responsible for maintaining, ordering, transporting, specifying spare parts, and planning logistics for the regional inventory management system.
  • Coordinates action items regarding anything required for outage planning, critical inventory, and notification activities through the BSC supply.
  • Manages service center activities, contractors, and staff.
  • Provide back-up support to management and operations team as needed.
  • Assists in managing land owner relations for the serviceable region.
  • Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree with 3+ years professional experience in the Power industry OR
  • Associates Degree with 5+ years experience in the Power industry OR
  • H.S. Diploma with 10+ years experience in the Power industry
  • Familiar with order management system tools such as Maximo, Passport, Maintenance Connection, SAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with warehouse / inventory systems management
  • Strong knowledge of PC/desktop workstation and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Adaptable to quick paced, changing environment
  • Knowledge of training processes preferred

Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (O.S.R) that will develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with current and potential customers, while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Job Responsibilities


  • Become the Subject Matter Expert on all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products, including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins and other drainage products.
  • Delivery top level service and communication internally and externally.
  • Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
  • Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each job.
  • Utilize various software tools(Salesforce, Office Suite, SharePoint) to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with a broader team.
  • Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
  • Partner with other departments (Estimating, Project Leads, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting) to ensure every account receives the highest level of customer service.
  • Communicate with the broader Oldcastle Commercial team to manage and coordinate sales to customers, as well as to leverage the Oldcastle product portfolio across company boundaries.

This individual will also provide technical and design services in support of civil engineering projects reporting directly to their project manager.

Applicant must be able to communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, produce reports in technical writing format, and correspond with other team members to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.

Must have the ability to coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits.

Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

Professional Engineering License Required Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required.

Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCad preferred.

Must have strong communication and writing skills.

Experience with design of land development projects preferred.
