Leads Kawasaki training efforts in the field, including:
Drafts training materials based on vendor data, draft manuals and on-car observation

POSITION PURPOSE

Develop and maintain annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Manage government contracts, ensuring compliance with all financial requirements and regulations.
Oversee the grant management process, including application, financial reporting, and reimbursement.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and other general ledger activities.
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support to auditors.
Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all financial and bookkeeping activities.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Utilize HHS Accelerator and Grants Gateway for grant management and reporting.
Continuously improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting, budgeting, and control.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
A CPA certification is highly preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a non-profit.
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with government contracts and federal and state grants.
Knowledge of grant reimbursement procedures.
Proficient in making journal entries and accruals.
Familiarity with HHS Accelerator and Grants Gateway.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
